Phillip Island is ( to me ) notoriously backward in terms of its hospitality industry, with one or two exceptions — the waves not being an exception — they look nice enough on the surface for the money you pay, but at 6’4” I expect...More
After reading good reviews about The Waves Appartment's we decided to book our 3 day getaway. Unit 343 was clean and spacious. Mattress rock hard and thin. Advised staff and was told they are replacing them.
The most rude and unfriendly welcome we have ever had. The lady at the desk did not suit the job. Checked in Friday about 6pm on AFL holiday, busy week I know but no excuse.
Besides that the room was good with good bathroom and...More
Lovely apartment, spacious, very clean, well appointed but a few shortcomings given the cost. Complimentary wi fi is an absolute joke. Impossible to join and therefore non existent. We had a lovely frontal view but the blinds are not blockout. We were woken at sunrise...More

Hi. I'm just a reviewer not the owner of the property. The room we were in had a king size bed near the balcony and two single bunk beds at the back in the kitchen/dining. space. Not sure the bunks would be that great for adult men! and besides, no third single bed. Seems to me the best option would be 2 adjacent or adjoining rooms. One with the king left intact for you as a couple and the other with the king divided into 2 king singles (plus the bottom bunk in the kitchen/dining) for your 3 sons. But there may well be other options that the owners can help you with. Good luck and have a nice stay.
