We stayed here for a night after a full day of surfing. It's a lovely little place at a good price. Staff are very friendly and the rooms are just what we were after, warm shower, bed and cup of tea facilities. We stayed during the winter season so no pool access and few things lying around, but we don't...

No, Koala Park is not resort-style accommodation but it is a convenient, simple and clean (more motor inn style) place to sleep. They were still renovating when we stayed and you could see the effort being made to upgrade and add a bit more style. We were going to see the penguins and not wanting to spend a fortune on...

Absolutely lovely staff and so many animals live on site for little ones to enjoy. We enjoyed our night on the island but will not stay here again despite being next door to a fantastic brewry, koala park and Amaze rope park. Rooms were not updated since the old style 'breakfast through the hole in the wall' days. The little...

Perfect place to stay for 13 blokes doing two days at Phillip Island race track. Initially a bit concerned having read a few of the less complementary reviews. From arrival to departure the owners were great. Even dropped us at a place for dinner one night to celebrate the two successful days of riding and then picked us all up...

I have never met such a good staff as in the reception of this resort! They helped me and my friend looking for the timetable of the buses and they also helped us organizing our trip in the beautiful Philip Island. The check in was very quick and easy and the room was nice and cleaned. I will always remember...

I booked here before reading the reviews, so was a bit nervous as we headed off. It definitely needs work and it seems that has started and as reception is your first impression that needs to revamp that asap. However our room was a great size, plenty of space in the bathroom, not like some places where you are literally...

We were looking for a place to stay one night while staying in Phillip island we weren't too fussed on anything fancy but was extremely shocked to see the poor standard of this "resort" The spare blankets were shoved in the cupboard not even folded & rubbish under the bed. There were renovations happening at the time and they had...

do yourself a favour and keep away.. they should not be allowed to run this place, its unhygienic and dangerous to children. Total pit of a place and depressing. The pictures must be from previous owners as its nothing like that now.. nothing at all.
