Lovely room... Spacious, quiet, with best quality bed, pillows and linen. Really good night's sleep. Courteous and caring management. Free upgrade. Just a short walk to the train (10 minutes to Melbourne) and Prahran village, restaurants and market. Great dinner at Chez Olivier, French restaurant 5 minutes away, but options are endless.

Very clean and tidy. Great location. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Quiet at night. Walking distances to all you need. Caroline the Manager is great. We stayed in only room witting spa which was spacious but did share a balcony with another room although this was not a problem for us.

Stayed in the guest house for 3 nights. Simply the place is stunning. Spotlessly clean and extremely well maintained. The beds we found were also extremely comfortable The location is great, walking distance to Albert Park and the stunning suburb of Prahan is worth the visit on its own. While there is a pub next door, we heard no noise... More

We stayed 3 nights and found this delightful guest house met all our expectations. It is spotlessly clean and very quiet considering there is a pub next door. The rooms we had ( rm1) was nicely furnished but a little on the small side. I would opt for one of the front rooms next time which are considerably larger. Carloine... More

We decided to stay in Prahran for a night after dinner with drinks and it was the most amazing idea we had. The room was very spacious and comfortable. It is located in the heart of Prahran with dozens of restaurants and cafes around. The breakfast was just the final touch to our stay. We will definitely repeat the whole... More

We were so surprised when we checked in! This place is stylish, elegant, clean and central. Our host was friendly but not invasive. The room was huge. Bathroom almost as big. Bed comfortable. Quality linen. Great pillows. Ac works perfectly. Verandah private yet perfect for looking down on street. Quiet location. Beautiful building. Breakfast included. Will not be staying elsewhere... From the moment I stepped in I felt at home. The spa was fantastic the hosts were sincere and went out of the way to make our stay special. U can't recommend this highly enough. I would certainly stay here again if the hosts would have us again. Our privacy was maintained. Generous continental breakfast. Great coffee. A perfect example... More

We stayed at the Prahran Village guest house for seven nights. Great location, close to Prahran railway station and tram routes (making the rest of Melbourne easily accessible), shopping precincts (Chapel Street etc.) and restaurants. The Prahran area is delightful and we walked (wandered) the streets around the guest house. All the facilities are excellent and the room with a... More

This is the second time I've stayed at prahran village guest house and would highly recommend it. The house has been converted into a boutique style accommodation residence. Staying here feels homely and is so close to everything in prahran and on chapel st. The rooms are beautifully maintained and cleaned impeccably. Breakfast was a very simple, yet healthy and... Perfectly placed for shopping in Chapel st and for going out at night. Convenient, no noise, easy (free) parking. Room was delightful and nice cosy eating area for complimentary breakfast. All modern conveniences and tastefully decorated. The host (Shane) was great.
