We really liked this very well run Caravan park. It is situated on the edge of the King River and we were fortunate to have a site right on the bank overlooking the river. We liked the fact that this park was out in the country but an easy drive to Albany Central. Altogether a very nice stay, really recommend... More

What a gem! Just a short drive from cbd but worth it! Nearly missed it but glad we came back. Good tariff, clean amenities incl laundry, friendly helpful staff. Cable offered for tv reception. Neat park, easy to manoeuvre with bigger van, neat concrete slabs, situated near river! Don't miss it!

Cold and wet spring this year so a bit waterlogged. Staff working on the worst spots though bringing in limestone gravel. Camp kitchen is nice with greens, herbs, BBQ, cooler, TV, slow combustion heater and wood. Showers clean and instant hot water down our end so no shortages of a hot shower with great pressure. About 11km from town, suits... More

We stayed at the Happy Days CP near Albany for 8 nights in September. A small CP with good facilities. Close to a main road, but not too close. Conveniently close to Albany, but not exposed to the cold strong winds straight off the sea. Very friendly, helpful and diligent staff, with time to give advice on the local area.... More

Showed up with no reservation and they found a place to put us; right next to the river, so we had a lovely view, and close to the amenities and camp kitchen. The park is tidy and well kept, with clean amenities, laundry and camp kitchen. Brett and Sharon couldn't have been more helpful and nice. The camper we were... More

We recently visited Albany for a sporting event and needed cheap comfortable accommodation. Happy Days cabin with self contained amenities fit the bill very well. Warm gas heater, great hot shower and clean and tidy cabin fit the bill for a quick stay in cold wet conditions.

The park has good clean amenities and the staff were very informative and pleasant. Constantly being upgraded. Would definitely recommend it. The sites have concrete slabs and good grassed areas for tents. Right on the upper King River it has a peaceful air about it. Newer and larger camp kitchen is being developed.

I went to Albany intending to stay for a couple of nights but only ended up staying for one as I was camping in a tent and a massive storm was coming in. I chose Happy Days because of its location: a short distance away from the town and it being next to a little river which has always been... More

Mum and I stayed in the 'River' which one of Happy Days 2 bedroom cabins, for an overnight stay. Our 'River' cabin had a couple of small radiator heaters that took so long to heat before the cabin felt partly warm. The cabin also smelt mouldy and after a night of heavy rain I could see a patch of water on... Disappointed you didn't enjoy your stay as our aim is to TRY to keep all our guests HAPPY. In our winter months we do have 2 blankets on our beds which usually is service. If there was an issue we would have more than happy to accommodate immediately although it is hard to address any issue on departure. More
