Surprisingly nice and comfortable. Lovely room and facilities for self catering. Just stayed one night due to a local wedding. Will come back. Car park bright lights shone through venetians so room wasn't that dark at night.

The room itself was ok, bathroom space was a little small. Where it was let down was the relentless thrashing against the roof from the palm trees! No chance of sleeping in room 9 !! Upon check out their restaurant wasn't open for breakfast, which was a bit of a let down as we also wanted to let them know...

Excellent place for us to stay when surprising our daughter for her birthday and using the opportunity to spend some time in the area. The room was clean, beds comfortable and we were given a disabled friendly room on arrival even though we hadn't specifically requested it

Rooms were clean and tidy , wasn't too sure where reception was but found it at the pub next door. Staff were friendly. The location was great , just a couple mins to shops cafe and cinema. The only downfall is that the bed was two singles with the queen mattress on top. It was far too soft either side...

from being ignored by bar staff, then rudely greeted on arrival by reception staff to finally checking in and the room was so dirty .. a huge unknown stain in the carpet .. Overall the location, amenities and feel of the place was good however, a couple of issues that would improve the experience are: Carpets need cleaning, extraction fan cowling needs replacing and a clean, towel rail was loose and curtains on the bedroom windows would be nice to keep the light level down.

Stayed for just one night but it was a pleasant stay and the staff were very helpful and informative. Apartments were clean and tidy, and had all our basic needs covered. Bathrooms are small, but clean. Swimming pool is close to all rooms and nice and pristine! When checking out we asked one of the girls in the bar at...

Came here for a week away with the wife and son, the accommodation was good without being spectacular, but its location in the middle of town is very handy if you don't want to drive around everywhere. Its worth staying here for a nice central location close to food and other attractions in the middle of town

We have stayed here a few times now. The location is great we park the car and walk everywhere. The Ship Inn has very friendly staff and we enjoyed our meals in the restaurant. Bed is very comfortable which is upstairs with kitchen and lounge downstairs. My only complaint would be the carpets in our room were very badly stained...
