When we first arrived the Reception was locked and unattended 1pm, we returned at 2pm (check in time) they greeted us warmly and helped with checking in. • No Early Check-in • No Late Check-out This made arriving earlier then planned a delay to relax and be comfortable. Had to drive around town for alittle while waiting. Unfortunately when asking for a later Check-out the reception man said NO they don't offer late Check-outs. We didn't let this phase us but sometimes later Check-out can be helpful especially with my fiance unable to move well in the mornings. Entering our room: Wow so clean and tidy. Bed was lovely with an added extra blanket in the cupboard for warmth plus a reverse cycle heater keeping us toasty and the floors wow love the wooden floors. Our only disappointment we couldn't use the kettle. It was really dirty inside and we were definitely not going to risk it. We used water in a mug and boiled or heated it in the microwave. Showers were really clean, more then 2 towels would have been helpful but not to worry. Nice and Hot too! Over all a really pleasant stay and we will definitely return again in the future. Thankyou

We've stayed here many times over the years, before and since the recent renovations. Our room was clean, tidy and attractive and we loved the new fitout. The garden was great - a square filled with petunias and in the centre a citrus tree, one in front of each room. The fragrance of the petunias wafted everywhere as we walked to and from town for our meal in the evening. Staff are friendly and efficient. Prices have gone up with the new owners but that is to be expected. The only thing lacking was a grab rail in the shower - the same in other motels unfortunately, but they all should have them with the number of older folk travelling these days.

Stayed with friends; booking was done as a group by one of the others, and I believe was done helpfully and with flexibility. My room (Room 5) was done up nicely - everything seemed fairly newly decorated, with a decent bathroom with good shower (no bath, which is fine, I much preferred having just a good shower). Clean, with a good amount of space in the room, and the standard tea/coffee facilities plus fridge and microwave. The staff member was helpful on arrival and departure. The location was on the edge of the main part of Busselton, walkable into town, and nice and quiet (helped by a no-noise-after-10pm-rule at the motel itself). Overall very happy to commend my friend's choice of this motel :-)

Lovely renovated rooms and gardens delightful with lots of petunia flowers and citrus trees. Great location opposite a park and a cinema with short walk to many cafes and the jetty. Warm and passionate management too.

Motel ìn the middle of town, very basic, air conditioned, good size tv, microwave and fridge. Rooms are clean, off road parking and pool. Well priced. Owners have just taken over, and upgrading. Very helpful.
