I stayed in the cottage at 4A, Prospect Villa for a few nights mid winter. It was great fun to sleep in the antique bed with vast ceilings. I did not want a plastic type room and this was perfect. I stayed some nights alone and felt very comfortable. It was great to not need a car and to be...

Prospect villa has so much history within the house and is truly beautiful with some of the original decor still intacted. My friend and I stayed here and we had the worst experience possible due to a number of things; 1- content messages from the landlord mother stating not to sit outside at the kitchen table when guest are staying,...

We are regular visitors to Busselton and love staying in the beautiful cottage. We have had 6 stays here over the past two years and we have enjoyed every one of them. The cottage has old world charm, is immaculately clean and in easy walking distance to everything in the heart of Busselton. The beds are very comfortable, the bathroom,...

A large group of us stayed in this villa over the ANZAC long weekend. I will say this is one of the best group accommodations I have stayed in down south, especially since it was right in the heart of Busselton. We rented out the cottage and two rooms in the main villa. It was wonderful! The cottage was beautifully...

We stayed here for 2 nights in January with our Hip Hop Dance Crew and booked out all the rooms. The facilities were fantastic and clean with everything we needed and excellent customer service. The back cottage is ideal for couples or small families with an amazing bed and claw foot bath with full self contained facilities. The main house...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Busselton Prospect Villa was built in 1844 and is known to be one of Busselton's oldest houses. We took over ownership in October 2014. We are centrally located and within easy walking distance to the cinema, town centre, shops, cafes, restaurants, beach & bus depots. Our rooms consist of one ensuite room downstairs with double bed, 2 twin rooms upstairs with 2 single beds in each - but please note that the private bathrooms for these 2 rooms are located downstairs. (We like to make people aware of this before they book). As we are a full time working family we do not provide breakfast, but there is a communal kitchen located on the verandah of the villa for guests who wish to cook their own meals. We also have a self-contained cottage at the rear of the villa which sleeps 3 in a queen and single bed. There is room for folder beds in any of these rooms. ... more   less
