No WiFi or TV gave 2 "oldies" and their adult son an enjoyable couple of days reminiscent of days gone by - table tennis, archery, canoeing, swimming in the lake, a walk to the waterfall, etc. Restaurant was good, but beware the size of the starters! One to share between 3 would have allowed us to enjoy our main course...

Location quiet and relaxing. Check-in was efficient and friendly. Nice restaurant, in an excellent location, with excellent staff. Rooms (lakeside) was comfortable - but getting a little dated. View across lake is hard to beat, and the vitas by Kookaburra's to the balcony railing were a nice local touch.

This is a very good spot if you want to enjoy your family and have no interruptions with mobile phones and internet, foxtel or even tv - as there is no connection to the outside world - yeh yeh!! Good morning malnic, Thank you for your 4 star review and very informative feedback. With regard to the towels, we certainly have done a stocktake and the very old ones have been taken out of service, my sincere apologises for this. Good service by friendly staff. Nice relaxing and peaceful place to stay. Great food. The setting over the lake offered a relaxing holiday and if required the activities provided at the resort would keep anyone occupied without having to leave the resort.

Stayed a night in a 3 bedroom chalet with lake views. Waking up in the morning and seeing a light mist over the lake was very calming. It was so quiet and peaceful and very relaxing. We ate at the restaurant and the meals were well cooked and reasonably priced. There is no mobile or wifi coverage due the isolation...

We were fortunate to stay in a lakeside room for 3 amazing nights. We could not be more impressed with the location, view and privacy. We dined 2 out of 3 nights in the restaurant and were pleasantly surprised at how well we were looked after, in particular by the restaurant manager Ajay. His knowledge of local wines and personal...

We stayed as a family of 5 for 3 nights. We self-catered but bought takeaway pizzas on one night. The outer crusts were so hard that they were difficult to cut and impossible to eat. The toppings were poor quality and were burnt. They cost A$20 each. A few days later we had excellent pizzas in a craft brewery restaurant...
