The Hideaway Cottages are just down the road from the resort. The location here is much quieter and the cottages are lovely, although they are a little tired and could do with a makeover. The owners were really friendly and helpful. We purchased activity passes at the resort for our kids on a couple of days, but it was nice...

Spent a couple of nights at the Karri Valley Hideaway on a wet August weekend. It's in a beautiful location with some fab walks in the forest nearby and an easy and pleasant drive into town. The chalet was comfortable but basic, starting to show its age and not very clean with the biggest problem for us being the "full...

We stayed in Settlers Cottage for 6 nights and it was unbelievably tranquil, in beautiful bush surroundings with nothing but the sound of birds and frogs for company. We saw kookaburras and kangaroos from our windows, or the verandah. The other cottages were all far enough away that we were not aware of anyone else at all. It was mid-winter...

We only stayed here for one night as other accommodation was fully booked, and despite advising when we were expecting to leave Perth, the fire was not lit before we arrived so our chalet (The Nest - their nicest one for couples they say) was extremely cold ... with windows and doors open. The place wasn't dirty, but it wasn't...

A really quaint place in the forest setting. The main bed was very comfortable and the little cottage was comfortable. The place has a small games room and a tranquil area to walk. Wifi was very slow and there is no phone coverage here. Location is good to visit the attractions in Pemberton.

Great location in Pemberton, was a very quick drive Beedelup Falls and Warren National Park. We stayed in the Jarrah chalet, with one of the most well equiped kitchens I have ever come across, it made cooking worry-free knowing you had all the neccessary utensils. Very comfy king sized bed overlooking the Karri trees and of of the lakes. Seemed...

We stayed this long weekend with friends for 3 nights. The 4 of us enjoy our time together but the cottage we found was quiet dark and old. They are tired and need maintenance along with new furniture..The main bedroom had an electric blanket on the bed but the twin beds did not. Not sure why???? The bath/shower needs a...

Lovely wooden chalets hidden amongst the trees. Great atmosphere. We walked over to the resort for dinner - (don't forget to take a torch on the way back) and had a great meal. Hideaway cottage is exactly right - don't expect to be near anything, although the tiny shop at the resort stocks a few things, you need to have...

We have been coming here for about 20 years now. The beds are new, new flat screen TV with channels (couldn't get channels before, could only watch videos). Our kids aged 7 & 10 had a great time, going bushwalking, fishing, mini golf and canoeing (at Karri Valley Resort). In the kitchen there is a microwave and stove, no oven....

We stayed at the peppermint chalet for a long weekend in June and it was awesome . Fully equipped and clean and plenty of fire wood for that time of year. Great setting amongst the trees. And a 5 minute walk to the Karri valley resort and lake. The owners where very friendly and easy going and the prices were...
