Overnight stay at Newcastle (Holystone) whilst on a couple of days business in the North-East. Very good Premier Inn, welcoming reception staff and the room was very clean and tidy. Shower was under-powered, but this was the only (very) minor issue. Will stay again when...More

What helpful and accommodating staff at this hotel. They are friendly, efficient and go the extra mile. Pauline, one of the receptionists, even undertook to post my letter in her own time, on her way home. How helpful was that? 5 stars for service.

Stayed in family room. The rooms a bit squishy with beds for the children but it's bearable for 1 night. Breakfast is ok but not the best. It was wrong when ordered and undercooked sausages. Would prefer buffet style

Hello Stephen, thank you for your question. I'm afraid we don't allow pets in our hotels unless they're guide dogs or service animals. Apologies for any disappointment. Ricky
