If you are looking for a place to order room service while sitting by the pool, this is not for you! IF you are looking for a clean, quiet, comfortable place to rest while traveling through then you've found it! The staff are very warm and welcoming, and went above and beyond to make my stay as pleasant as possible!...

Can't tell you how much this place lifted my spirits during a solo trip this month. They were very friendly and accommodating and despite newer facilities, you'll fine everything you need, including the bistro which is literally right across the lawn. If I'm ever passing through Kamsack, it's nice to know a place like this exists.

This is the third time that we have stayed there since April has taken over, and we are very pleased. It's very clean and everything we need in the room is there. It's a 90% improvement from the previous owners. We had white sheets, white duvet and a white spread and all were spotless. Once the carpets in the hall are...

I stayed here for 3 night while I was working in the area. The lady that served me at the front desk was exceptionally nice. The Motel is old but the rooms are quite clean although they are somewhat small. The value was good (239.00 for 3 nights taxes included). There seems to be a lot of campers staying here...

Had to spend a night in Kamsack and was lucky to find this place. Its in a good location and affordable. The room was clean but worn. It was proof that 1992 happened but... not every place is a luxury hotel. Front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. There is laundry facilities on site as well.

Six of us spent one night in this motel during a visit to the area. There was an initial mix up with the reservations but the owners went fully out of their way to make it right - including putting the family of four into their very nice RV for the night. The room was extremely clean and quiet.

From time to time we find ourselves in Kamsack to visit my wife's family. I'm currently writing this from my room at the Duck Mountain Motel. In the last year the motel has changed ownership and I'm writing to tell you it's a fine place to stay. It is spotlessly clean, and I mean spotless (and it smells clean, not...

I used the Duck Mountain Motel as my base for the time I was in Kamsack. A nicely sized, clean room was what I found. Despite the fact that I hung up towels to be reused, they were changed out every day of my stay. (This is a nice thing!). Very quiet, and very comfortable. Dog friendly, so I'll stop...

Stayed here 1 night. Was expecting the worst of a small town motel, but was pleasantly surprised that the room was clean. Room looked like it had been renovated recently and was comfortable. Could hear the neighbor's TV, but not very loud. Mattresses were noisy (didn't look old), but comfortable. I would recommend this motel if you needed to stay...

What a wonderful stay at the duck mountain motel. We travel a lot through Kamsack visiting family. We heard the motel was under new management so decided to try it out again as it wasn't pleasant before. The room we were in was renovated and lovely. Will definitely stay there again! Great place and great price :)
