The street traffic noise is the biggest problem, but if shut all windows it is reduced. The apartment is not serviced during a stay so its best to grab extra towels and toilet paper from reception when it is open. The bed was fine, most things clean enough, although older bathroom grotty around the edges with an old shower curtain....

Hotel is situated on the main road through Cremorne. It's a bit old but bed was comfortable and room quiet, despite overlooking the road! There's a supermarket right next door. There are not many accommodation places like this in Cremorne and it was ideal for us with a family wedding along the Harbour coast.

It's hard to even contact anyone at reception. We arrived in the room and discovered three blinds missing on the windows. At night this was awful because a street light is right outside and it was like daylight in the room at night. The doona had visible stains and we were itchy all night during the two night stay. the...

Located on a busy road ( understatement) the Park Regis was recommended to us as a last minute option in peak season. Located around Sydney luxurious inner north beaches such as Balmoral Beach with some new shopping precincts opening off the horrendous arterial roads (aforementioned) , we assumed an average quality of accommodation - I rate these apartments as below...

The staff were helpful and unfailingly polite - but sadly, the Park Regis Concierge Apartments provide little for those nice people to work with! As budget accommodation I didn't expect luxury and was prepared to stay in a dated and small 'studio'. What I did not expect, given the notice on the bathroom wall asking guests to leave towels in...

Studio room was small but given the location did not see that as an issue. However the dirty rooms and standard of the rooms was. Fridge was dirty and rusty on the outside, dishweasher was also dirty. Clothes airer was broken and rusty. Included internet was limited and it locked me out after the first day. I would not want...

Older style rooms but rooms were clean, some road noise from Military Rd but to be expected. Short stays here are fine, bed just a double so if tall could be problematic. Was what expected for price and is one of only locations in cremorne/Mosman area to stay.

We stayed there for a few nights whilst our property was being worked on. It was convenient, the staff were helpful and friendly. But it seriously lacks quality. The room was clean but the furnishings were of a low standard. Everything worked, but it was a bit shabby.

We really wanted to like this place - we needed to be in Cremorne and the location is just perfect for us. The cheap room rates should have rung warning bells. It isn't all bad. The location is spectacular - supermarket next door, the iconic Orpheum Picture Palace across the road and buses to everywhere you could want to go...

I have just returned from a short stay and whilst the rooms could do with a refit, I could not fault the service and location. The manager and his team went out of their way to make my stay amazing. Thanks again , Andrea
