We got back from a week's skiing trip in Austria organised by Ski Total where we stayed in Chalet Sonneck in Stubenbach, near Lech. We found the chalet run very efficiently by the manageress Anne, with a great team and our rep Sam being always ready to help, with spacious communal areas, great food (especially in the evening and apres...

Just returned from a one week skiing holiday in Lech. Every aspect about our visit exceeded my expectations. Firstly the staff that work here are lovely and we felt extremely well looked after from transfer to transfer. Sam the Ski Total rep was friendly, approachable and was always available to answer any questions we had and arranged everything from booking...

Chalet Hotel ran by Ski Total Team Couldn't fault the friendliness, enthusiasm and energy of the Ski Total Team! Hotel, although dated and obviously needs some upgrading, was spotlessly clean, warm and fairly comfortable. Rooms were large with plenty of space, we were in room 14 - which had a large shared balcony. The room was a huge double (...

This review will first of all critique the Ski Total experience, the chalet and then the resort. The ski total holiday was very good, staff very friendly and helpful, food wonderful and location good. We found our first chalet experience most enjoyable and will definitely go for this option again. I would highly recommend ski total to others, truly exceptional...

Thank you 'Hanley1' for taking the time to review your holiday in Lech, and your week in the Chalet Hotel Sonneck with Ski Total. I swithered whether to give the Sonneck three or four as a rating, as we had an excellent holiday. However, as it is the chalet hotel being rated I decided on three. The Sonneck is leased by Ski Total and run as a chalet hotel. The chalet is a little tired around the edges and could do with a refurbishment....

Great to hear that you had an enjoyable holiday overall in the Chalet Hotel Sonneck, comrade98. The property is typically Austrian in style and is dated in places, but is generally well-received by our guests. That said, we do always work closely with the owner to effect any refurbishments or updates that are required, to ensure that our guest experience...

Just returned from a week at the Sonneck. Really good chalet especially if you want to ski all day and relax over a good meal at night without all the hassel of going out for dining in public restaurants each evening. I was sceptical about being a bus ride from the main centre, but now think this is a plus...

We're so glad that you had such a great time at the Ski Total Chalet Hotel Sonneck, Ian P. The resort bus stops do indeed make it quite convenient to get around - and minimise the dreaded walking in ski boots! We hope that we'll be welcoming you again. Kind regards The Ski Total team
