We spent 3 nights at the Mudgee B&B. Generally it was an excellent choice. It is located a little out of the centre of town. You can walk but in the heat of mid summer that would not be a good idea. A car drive is only for a few minutes and gathered that you will most likely be visiting...

I have recently made a welcome return visit to this wonderful B+B. Phil has again made me very welcome and the room and comfortable bed are as good as I remembered. My continental breakfast was of the highest quality and very well presented. A choice of fruit juices and cereals, fresh fruit and wonderful freshly cooked rhubarb. A choice of...

Recently my husband, 5 month old baby and I stayed at this B and B and we enjoyed every minute! It was everything a country home should be, clean, cosy, warm, quaint and peaceful. Phil our host was very welcoming and helpful, we were concerned with how cold the nights got in Mudgee and with a baby we were worried...

From start to finish the hospitality of our host Phil was exemplary. From the texts to enquire our arrival time, our warm and welcoming introduction to the B&B, and most of all his uttermost concern for our comfort and needs during our stay. Phil was a perfect host and a wealth of knowledge of the local area. I would especially...

This B and B was in a quiet location. Our host Phil was very friendly and obliging. We appreciated all the effort he made. His knowledge of the local area was impressive. We also liked the spaciousness. Having a separate lounge to ourselves was a real bonus. The bed was extremely comfortable. Our main concern was the bathroom. The shower...

I was travelling through country NSW for work and was lucky (!!) enough to hit a kangaroo and write off my rental car about 1.5 hours outside of Mudgee. When I texted Phil to let him know, he immediately volunteered to come and collect me! What other accommodation provider would take a 3 hour round trip on dark country roads...

Just spent a great June Long Weekend in Mudgee. Phil and Sharon made us most welcome at the Mudgee Bed & Breakfast. Right from the start we had a nice roaring fire to welcome us to our room. The room was beautiful and the bed was just so comfortable, could have slept there all day. Nice elegant claw foot bathtub...

We stayed at this bed and breakfast for a mid week break in May and found it to be delightful. Although very old, the building has heating in the bedroom and a wood stove in the lounge area, so we were snug and warm through the winter nights. The accommodation is in a separate part of the house, so is...

Phil and his wife were very friendly and helpful with directions. There is yogurt and plenty of fresh fruit for breakfast as well as cooked rhubarb, there was no problem about providing us with hot milk for our cafe lattes. Every request was met with a smile.

We stayed two nights and should have booked for three or four nights. Phil couldn't do enough for us he is very knowledgeable of the district and surrounds. His breakfast was excellent 14 different spreads as well as numerous cereals to chose from plus three different juices. The bedroom and en-suite was very comfortable. The lounge was equipped with television,...
