given this m not sure why we were given (2 couples) appalling rooms to start with . after complaining we got a free upgrade. still rooms really will need the refurb fro mthe group (german) who bought it and will spend 30M$(we were told) ....More

I suggest you call the hotel. The hotel is part of a group and so the generic reception should be able to answer your question.

Sorry I can't help you, we stayed in the courtyard and never saw any dogs, ring them they are very helpful

Access to the bedrooms on the first floor is by the stairs. I didn't see any lift. However, there MAY be rooms on the ground floor but you should check this direct with the Hotel.
