We had a standard room, which was not cosy or inviting but it was adequate. The bathroom was cold and rather shabby. We ordered champagne by the glass, and it was flat; the after-dinner coffee was cold; the breakfast croissants were overdone and dry.......... Not...More

Sorry I can't help you, we stayed in the courtyard and never saw any dogs, ring them they are very helpful

Access to the bedrooms on the first floor is by the stairs. I didn't see any lift. However, there MAY be rooms on the ground floor but you should check this direct with the Hotel.
