I stayed at the hotel as had an early morning flight. The hotel is huge and my room was a few minutes walk to reception, which may not be ideal for people with a lot of luggage, mobility issues etc. My room was very large for a single person, with a great bathroom. The room had a safe, complementary water and facilities to make coffee or tea (something I always appreciate). I did have a glass of wine and a snack in the bar the night before and all staff were friendly. The quality was good and the cost reasonable. There were a lot of people eating and the atmosphere was welcoming for a single traveler. It took me 15 minutes from when I closed my room door, checked out, walked to airport, went through security and ordered a coffee. This is the benefit of this hotel. It was more expensive than the hotels in the area that you need to drive to or get a shuttle bus, but the convenience is 2nd to none. …

We arrived at about 9pm and were given room 2101. It is right next to a sliding door that is very very noisy. Like thunder. Very noisy in the morning. Next morning we moved to 3034. The farthest room. Under no circumstances would I stay in 2101 again. Greta doesn't know about the problem with 2101 but Ahmed and the bell boys do. Greta nicely upgraded and moved us. But CLEARLY no one should take a room right next to sliding doors. AND NO ONE should book an upgrade like a de luxe room because it's not much different to regular room. I would stay again because it's very convenient but would look at the floor plan first. My mistake for not reading trip advisor. and figuring out the floor plan. But poor management for not fixing an obvious problem. They should refund the first night but I would stay again. This stay gets a 1 for giving us room 2101!…

The rooms are great, but… 1) why do hotels no longer have instructions for t.v. Use or any channel listings 2) on the t.v. Info page, they were billing me with someone else’s name!!! 3) I was promised an iron in the room. There was none The restaurant is a DISASTER!

My husband and I ended a two week journey in Italy and needed a hotel for the night before our flight back to the states. PROS: * Very clean and modern rooms * Very nice restaurant. Recommended – Make reservations. * Convenient access from Milan central train station. Take the Trenord train to Malpensa terminal one. (45 min) Enter terminal one and follow signs to Sheraton. It is literally steps from the escalator when you arrive. easy check in and check out CONS: None to mention We will definitely stay here again. Very good experience.

If arriving late or leaving early, then this is a fabulous option to get a good night rest. Hotel is connected to terminal 1, easy to find from there. It is approx 50m to the train station which takes you to Milan central. Rooms and bathroom are large and bed is super comfortable. Staff are friendly and efficient and proactive, going out of their way to assist (and considering the large volume of customers and airline crew they serve this is no small feat). There are no stairs and elevators and doorways are wide. However, if you have difficulty walking request a room near the elevator as the corridors are very long ( this is a big hotel!). Breakfast has plenty of options and great coffee. Restaurant on site serves excellent lunch/dinner a la carte. I've stayed here many times and have never been disappointed. …

Stayed here numerous times due to flight connections, which it’s very convenient for. Easy walk from the terminal. However this is the most dated I have seen it. They will have to start upgrading the hotel - carpets in a very bad condition. From a condition point of view I will only give it 3-stars. From a convenience point of view I will give it 5-stars.

We stayed here as we had an early flight out. Easy check in and out. Very short walk to terminal on the Inside. Highly reccomend if you need to leave out of Malpensa. Very clean. WE also ate at the restaurant , very good!!!

On a trip to Italy, we spent our first night at the Sheraton Malpensa as well as our last night on our way home. This really made our trip much easier and I would suggest staying at the airport (at least) on the night before your flight as the hotel is actually IN the airport. Besides that - the Front Office Staff made arrangements for us to have a driver to Milan from the airport - and another driver from Venice back to Malpensa at the end of our trip (not inexpensive - but well worth it). They could not have been more accommodating. In addition, the Club Lounge is excellent and we enjoyed it on both stays Nice snacks and drinks. The restaurant for breakfast (included with Club Floor rooms) was very good - lots of choices and great service. On the night before our flight home we ate in the restaurant (Il Canneto) . After all the fabulous food in Italy, it was so comforting to have a delicious Cheese Burger. (I know - that's WAY too American) but boy, was it delicious. So - while this is typically a conference hotel - it is a perfect spot to begin a trip or prepare for your departure. And the view of the Alps from our room was a really nice surprise. The hotel is very very very noisy, I booked the room one night and I wish I didn’t choose it, I wasn’t able to sleep at all from the moving of the beds on top of us. I would never recommend it for any one even if your aim is just for transit, I don’t recommend it. I went also for breakfast and my room number was not listed and the man was trying to convince me that it’s not included however the price I paid was including breakfast. At the end he had to call the reception and get the details of my reservation, at last but not least they had the bell boy that took our bags for the room, when he placed the bags in the room he was waiting for a tip that it shouldn’t be the case, then when I didn’t give him anything he started not smiling and left the room angry

What a fantastic stay me and my wife had. We had Diego as our host at the hotel and he was fantastic!!! He was so nice and accommodating to me and my wife at 1am when we landed from LAX. He answered every question we had and spoke wonderful English! He made sure that we had the right transportation to our next stop and guided us in the right direction when we were very nervous about how to get from Milan to our next stop !
