My self and my grandmother had a 2 night stay at Kiwi House and we loved every minute of it. We were welcomed with open arms on arrival and made to feel at home instantly. The room we were placed in was 2 singles and dead opposite the bathroom so was perfect for us. The kitchen area is well equipped... More

Kiwi House is gorgeous, I am delighted with it! Tracey is super- friendly and welcoming. Beautifully decorated with stylish Kiwi decor. We have an end suite room with private deck and there are shared patios and decks too. Very nice continental breakfast, tea and coffee available any time, BBQ available. 10 mins walk from Oneroa, 20 mins from Blackpool beach.... More

We really enjoyed our stay here! Very homely & the host was very welcoming. Its a good 10 minute walk to Oneroa for dinner/beach & shops. We booked an en-suite room and just outside the room was tea & coffee making facilities with cookies & fresh milk too. Highly recommend.

So good I've stayed for a week. There's a calm serenity here. I've had my deepest sleep in years. It's clean and tidy and handy to Oneroa. The light feature in the lounge is just the cleverest idea. Would thoroughly recommend

My friend and I were amazed at the care and consideration that has gone into making this guest house so wonderful. There is so much thought that Tracey has put into this guesthouse into being a home from home. There is a lovely communal area, where you can enjoy different variety of teas/coffees, sit on the decking and admire the... More

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Kiwi House is a unique Waiheke Bed & Breakfast. A six bedroom home set on two levels, amidst spacious decks and an attractive garden setting, your next 'weekend away' makes the most of its Oneroa location, and all that Waiheke Island has to offer. Affordable, fresh, inviting, you will know yours is a seaside stay. This is a fabulous place from which to explore the vineyards, specialty shops, art galleries, and cafes... and yes of course the beaches. A most difficult decision will be whether to meander into the village, to Oneroa beach, perhaps Little Oneroa, or Blackpool. All are less than 10 minutes easy stroll, and if you want to venture further afield, bus stops are within 100 metres of the B&B. ... more   less
