The hotel is located in a great location close to shops and down town. The pool restaurant and beach are very nice. The rooms were clean however; they are in need of an upgrade the furniture etc very old and out of date. The staff was friendly enough. The pool bar in nice but a little pricey you can however...

It's a good hotel. Nothing special about it but it's not bad either. The only thing I didn't like is the main entrance. It felt like you were staying in a cheap motel. Rooms smelled pretty much like it too, and you couldn't even remove the hangers from the closet. The $139 per couple dinner by the sea was delicious!...

It was a good Hotel to rest and have fun with the family, is pet friendly for those who don't like to keep the pets back at home, the New Year celebration was off the hook, my wife and I had a spectacular dinner with nothing but the stars and the sound of the waves, the attendance was impeccable, the...

It advertises itself is a full-service property but yet some services are limited and nonexistent. The facility does not provide coffee makers in the rooms like the rest of the full services operations in the area. So if you want an early cup of coffee while you watch the sunrise , you are out of luck you have to wait...

The location is amazing, good food, very kind staff, beach front, nice pool, and near of food places, shops and fun places. The rooms need a complete update, from the old beds, closets, furniture to the pillows, sheets and towels. The bathroom sink had the drain clogged and all the room had a strong musty smell, there was no lighting...

Nice hotel, excellent location, good food, excellent service. Good for families. Cleanliness of rooms and of general areas is okay but can improve. My room had a very comfortable bed. Furniture outdated and too big for the room. Makes the room feel smaller than actual size. The shower needs a place to put the shampoos. I had to use the...

The location is spectacular you are literally on the beach, the pill is great not huge but big enough bar is right on the pool. We did the dinner under the star and I highly recommended, breakfast buffet has good also. The rooms feel old, we had stain towels the ac was making noises all night. Overall a good place...

I spent 3 nights including the New Years Eve Party. Hotel is art deco with a nice modern area for breakfast. Swimming pool is beautiful with a bar inside and nice garden around. It could benefit from a restoration and uplifting; but still is good choice. Has beach front facilities and the best is the Staff, very helpful.

We moved here last minute, from a hotel in Rincon we did not like, and my kids (ages 12 & 13) and I couldn't be happier. Large pool to play in, and right on a beautiful calm beach, great for swimming. Pretty grounds, room was clean and comfortable. Close to town. We rarely stay in resorts, don't like crowds and...
