The lobby looks renovated and so does the pool and restaurant. However, the room furnishings look like they're from the 90s. The shower water pressure comes and goes when you flush the toilet or use the sink. The water temperature of the shower increases as...More
stayed for the weekend of 5,6,and 7 of December 2014, the rooms need serious remodeling, not as clean as they should have. Had to ask for a change of room (from 103) had a bad smell of rotting fish outside the door and door that...More

The hotel was "OK". The room wasn't that clean, same thing with the bathroom. The front desk staff could be a little friendlier. What saves this place is the location, close to the amazing Rincon town beaches.
The hotel is beautiful and location is excellent. The pool and beach are amazing. The room for us was too small and decorations seem like from any other guesthouse. The funny thing is that the rest of the hotel looks more expensive than the rooms....More

I only noticed the band one night, but my daughter as getting married, so I may just have missed the second night. They were pretty good. The pool bar had great prices on food and appetizers and always a special. The breakfast was good - buffet, not cheap, more mid priced. The fancier restaurant was good for me, not good for my hubby, and was a little expensive. The private dinner for two on the beach was amazing and came with wine! We walked into town and to the store - so you could walk to other restaurants, but in Rincon, not everyone speaks English, so communication could be hard.
