I work in hotel industry and I decided to stay here with my boyfriend just one night. Front Desk Agent was very nice with us, she was very friendly. The localization is great. The pool does not have heater, it was like a freezer. We...More
I had stayed there several times when Martina was the manager with no issues except the loud music which wasn't a deal breaker for me.

I was there last weekend and I had a great time! definitely I recommended.
The manager was a really nice person and the bartenders and security staff were really kind too. It was a really good place to escape from the routine .
Recently renovated, hotel is very clean and comfortable. Staff is available 24/7. Perfect location near surfing beaches, restaurants and downtown Rincon. They have wifi for the guests but the phone and internet reception is very limited. Will definitely be back.

Hotels and restaurants are functioning. Roads are fine in San Juan-Aguadilla-Rincon region. There doesn't seem to be wifi anywhere. The elecrical grid goes off occasionally as they are still making repairs, but the hotels and restaurants all have generators so there is always power. Cell phone reception is fine. Bottled water is plentiful. The beaches are gorgeous and the waves are super! We did have some trouble keeping our devices charged. While there is power, it doesn't seem to be full throttle because sometimes we couldn't charge our phones. Solution: bring a couple of charged portable batteries with you. PR needs its tourism industry back, so get down there and have fun!

The Kahuna Burger Bar is there and serves beer and burgers and can get crowded and noisy in high season. However right now, Rincon is in a rebuilding phase. We are one of the few places open and serving great food to our local patrons. We hope you come by and support the area and stop by for a beer and the chance to meet the warm, happy people in Puerto Rico rebuilding this community!
