It is always rewarding when our guests keep on coming back so we know we must be doing something right. We are happy to share our surplus fresh produce with our guests.

We stayed 3 nights at Bilyana Cottages, Coochin, near Boonah, in the Scenic Rim. The Federation style cottage was excellent, clean, comfortable, and warm with the great fireplace. Everything is supplied and the hosts, Bill and Doreen are a nice couple. The countryside is great to explore. Definitely recommend.

It is always great to know that our guests enjoy this wonderful area as much as we do. Thank you for being such considerate guests - it was a pleasure to have you stay with us.

Just the right size with everything we needed. Appreciated the cosy wood heater with it's ample supply of wood. It gave off plenty of warmth for the whole cottage and added atmosphere. Games, magazines, books and a good little music player kept us happy. No need for a TV in this delightful country setting. Great value.

We stayed 6 nights at Bilyana cottages while waiting for our new house in Boonah to settle. Having flown in the morning with kids and cats from WA for our interstate move, we arrived at the cottages later then planned, very tired and a bit overwhelmed. Having arrived late, we were about to head back into Boonah to find some...

Cannot fault it... And cannot recommend it enough! The accommodation and grounds provide the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway and combined with all the region has to offer you cannot help but recharge, relax and enjoy. Perfect hosts and perfect place....and our dog loved it just as much as us!

Overlooking the mountains which is part of the Scenic Rim, the cottages offer stunning views with great photo opportunities both scenic and of the many wildlife animals, birds and plants on the property.

We booked for a long weekend gave them $250 deposit but had to cancel unexpectedly due to a death in the family. We gave them 5 days notice told themour sad situation. It was Easter so they knew they could have picked up another booking easily as they said they were in demand. They selfishly kept our deposit without hesitation....

The facts weren't quite as stated. The booking was cancelled about 5 days prior to Easter by Donna who said there had been a death in the family. She asked about the deposit and was told that as per our T & C we would only refund the deposit (less a cancellation fee) if a substitute booking was obtained. She...

We have just spent three peaceful and relaxing days at Bilyana Cottages. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to Pardalote Cottage, which gave us a bit more space. The cottage was beautifully furnished and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The cottage was exceptionally clean. The verandah was perfect for sundowners, and we spent our early evenings...

Perfect place to stay with our small dog to visit the Scenic Rim. It is one of the best pet friendly places I have stayed. We stayed in the one bedroom Rosella cottage and it was great with plenty of space for us with a nice cosy feel. Dogs are allowed inside but it was great having the secured deck...

Bilyana Cottages sit on a hillside just out of Boonah. Two years ago we stumbled on this country paradise that just oozes serenity. We have spent our past two wedding anniversaries at Rosella cottage. The highlight for us is sitting out on the verandah and watching a golden orb spider construct a web with such precision that you may think he had...

“The individual self contained cottages(rated 4) are quiet, private, cosy and very comfortable. We particularly love the wood fire when we stay in late autumn and early spring. We have stayed at Bilyana Cottages on several occasions and have enjoyed the friendly and helpful services of the hosts, Doreen and Bill. An overall rating of 5 reflects our total enjoyment of the property”

“We stayed in the Rosella cottage but the other cottage is just as good. There is also a larger cottage for families. All three have wonderful views and are private. Large property to go for walks and just sit and look at the bird life.”
