one of the best locations and views you can get. pity the parador is so old and desparately in need of some renovation, love and care. being a must see location, try spend no more one night there since everything is falling apart.

What a great place! Anyone staying in Ronda should make this their Hotel. No place else offers the spectacular views and central location. Indoor parking is available, and the Parador restaurant is top notch.

As other reviewers have already said, there is a bar/terrace on the ground floor, on the gorge side, which also serves light meals at lunch time, the bar in the reception area only opened after 16:00 when we were there in January, but that may change with the season.
The restaurant was open in the evening, one floor down at the back of the hotel, but as the hotel is on a slight incline still has a view over the surrounding area. Prices were reasonable for a hotel.
