My partner and I have stayed here before. We actually really loved it the first time. It is classed as "Pet Friendly" accommodation and we took our fur babies there last time. The owners are friendly and helpful, or at least were last time we stayed there. The property is a farm. If you're expecting luxury, this place isn't for...

The family that run this are super friendly and nice but this is basic accomodation like a hostel and the location on the highway is awful in regards to access. The bed was so bad I woke up in pain from the springs sticking into me. The bunk beds were better. I wouldn't stay here again but like I said...

We arrived around an hour & a half later than expected to an overly hot cottage - they hadn't bothered to switch on the air-con or the fridge. The cottages are in need of maintenance & refurbishment, only superficially clean & the crockery was filthy - possibly because there's only cold water in the kitchen! The free WiFi didn't work...

Unfortunately we really couldn’t recommend staying here. The place generally wasn’t up to much, but we wouldn't have given it such a negative review if there had been any consideration for our experience as a customer. The measure of a business is how you’re dealt with when things go wrong and this was sadly lacking. They were very friendly and...

We booked a last-minute stay at this property to get away for a few days before the hustle and bustle of the Christmas season. We had booked through an online website (not this one) which posted that all rooms were air conditioned etc. And so we booked the Budget Family Room - in the end, we weren't after luxury, but...

Sinclairs is an interesting place to stay. We had a great time! The price for accommodation is cheap but the place exceeds what you pay for. The rooms and bathrooms are basic but comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking your own meals. Large entertaining areas too (DVD's board games, etc). Close to Ulladulla if you need groceries + supplies....

Sinclair's is well worth the cost. It is clean, quaint and backs onto some great trails to explore. The staff are friendly and helpful. There are large common areas, board games, bbq pits, and a clean kitchen at your disposal. The rooms are small and clean with a pretty full kitchenette.

We stayed at Sinclairs for two nights and the experience was in a word: great! The manager, Lindsey, gave us excellent advise on what to do in the area which resulted into swimming with huge stingrays at Bendalong Bay, saw the amazing waterfall, Granite Falls, walked along the beautiful beaches at lake Conjula and last but not least chilled out...

While staying at the Sinclair's City Hostel I was convinced to take a trip to the groups country retreat. I have to say I was absolutely amazed at the wonderful surrounds. Beaches, Rain Forrest, Lakes, Bush, Nation Parks. The tranquillity and relaxed environment is something special. Make sure you visit as it is breathtaking.

Sinclairs was run by Ulla and Lindsay who were very welcoming and helpful - giving us tips on where to go and showing us around the place. But they were great with giving us space to wander around the house/property which was nice. Nearby were brilliant walks to explore (George Boyd Lookout) and beautiful beaches (Monument and Flatrock). We had...
