Family and I stayed here prior to the devastating hurricanes that damaged so much of the beautiful island of Puerto Rico. Service was impeccable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Amenities were extraordinary. Definitely a place to revisit to be pampered and treated like royalty. After major renovations I believe this hotel is set to reopen in October 2018. We returned to Puerto Rico for vacation in July 2018 and they were still working on this property so we had to stay at a comparable hotel nearby. Can’t wait to return and enjoy ourselves again.

I've stayed at a handful of Ritz Carlton locations, this location is very beautiful but not up to Ritz standards in my opinion.. Compared to the service Grand Cayman, Aruba and Cancun this place doesn't meet up to their standards, but it is a nice property.

We had a Family Reunion celebrating my father's 88th Birthday. The rooms and service was great and we loved BLT Restaurant. The pool was great but the ocean rocky and not like the Caribbean sea in the US VI

We had a week long stay and because I am a creature comfort person i was satisfied they did not disappoint;we shopped at Tiffany’s little Switzerland And the sales representative where so gracious and kind it was very clean I loved the beach front the guests where pleasent and friendly the choice of activities was pretty decent and our room was comfortable only thing I would do differently is book a balcony WARTER front view. My family of 6 stayed in 2 rooms at this hotel. We found the entire hotel quite lovely, the staff very friendly and the pool and beach areas were gorgeous indeed. Also walking distance to quite a few restaurant options which was great! Can't wait to go back. Our hearts go out to the people of Puerto Rico and we pray for a strong recovery.

We had a nice stay here. Decent property. The casino was very nice but was kind of small. The restaurants were all nice and the spa and the gym satisfied us. If I was in San Juan I would stay here again

Near SJU and outside the heavy traffic area of San Juan. Excellent service. Great beach on property. Nearby great restaurant El Metropolitano. Quiet location. Pricey breakfast but there are several restaurants nearby with more reasonable prices.

We had booked 2nights at this property to start our 2 weeks long vacation. My husband and I were to spend two nights to start our trip before transfer to another Ritz property. After 10 nights at the Dorado Beach Reserve we were to come back to the Ritz San Juan property to overnight before our flight home. The after effects of hurricane Maria made our trip to Puerto Rico impossible. Best laid plans ! .... I just wanted to comment on the amazing customer service I received while first researching the accommodations, prior to booking our suite and the ease of cancelation. We were disappointed to miss what was to be an amazing trip and deeply saddened for all the people of Puerto Rico. Hoping to be back soon....

I went with a friend for a quick 3 day vacation. The pool area is beautiful and the bar made sure we were never hungry or thirsty. The breakfast at the hotel is also a massive spread with mimosas that you can take to the pool too. There are also great restaurants in the resort, our favorite one being the Italian one.
