The room was clean, cozy and comfortable. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this destination for families who want to get the cell phones out of their hands and spend quality time with each other. There was no TV in the rooms and it was wonderful. Instead of watching TV we talked about our experiences of...

Our experience at the Brier Island Lodge was absolutely horrible the staff was super rude and absolutely not accommodating. There were six of us that went to the hotel & 4 us shared a room and the other couple had a room upstairs. We were all in one room having some drinks just talking and listening to music at a...

The lodges are adequate. They have large beds and are a good size. There are no TV's which was fine for me but wouldn't suit everyone. It's a beautiful spot and great being able to tour the island before going on the whale watching tour

Stayed here prior to going whale watching. It was perfect for our needs. Not fancy, but very clean and convenient. Food was good at dinner, breakfast was very good (try the pancakes), and the staff was eager to give advice about our island visit. Overall, an excellent experience.

Might be a lodge but it is better than many hotels I have stayed at, taking into account the remote location. 2 queen bed room was very clean, well maintained, beds were very comfortable, bathroom well equipped and view was awesome. Balcony would have been nice but remember it's a lodge! Comfortable Armchair's, fans and fridge also make the $150...

As we crossed the harbour on the ferry you can see the lodge up on the hill. The lodge is very basic-it has no tv or phone and the toilet paper is one ply. But your not there to watch tv. The room is a good size and clean and comfortable with a large window and a spectacular view overlooking...

I had stayed at the Lodge some years ago with less than positive experiences, but this was a great stay, and we plan to return often. Our large double room was spotlessly clean, with two comfortable Queen beds and good pillows. The cost of $150.00 per night was split three ways, making our visit affordable. There was a fridge, glasses,...

Whale watching and crew of vessel - spectacular! The Lodge has a beautiful view when there is no fog. I believe they call it a lodge to account for the lack of amenities, which is fine. The rooms are spacious, the beds uncomfortable, the WiFi reception poor, the bathroom is nice and there are no TVs. There are games and...

My wife is a vegan, and the chef could not have been more helpful in preparing a different dish for her each evening we ate here, and also preparing something special for breakfast. The food was excellent - non-vegetarians in our group enjoyed it as much as we did. Service in the restaurant is also excellent - friendly, prompt and...

This is a small hotel with a great view as it is perched up on a hill, although you have to hope for no fog. Worth it to drive to the North Point lighthouse a couple of times if you want to see the difference in tides and scenery is beautiful. There is no pool and if you want a...
