It wasn’t quite what we were expecting, but it was still very nice. The spa had good facilities but were fully booked so we were unable to get treatments. The hot tubs are outside and not under cover. Cold in February! Room was spacious but a long way from any other facilities.

Hi V7254VIalexw, Thank you for letting us know your feedback. It's great to hear you enjoyed our food and spa. We do recommend pre-booking treatments in the spa as it is very popular with our guests. The outdoor hot tubs in the enclosed spa garden can be a great place to relax, but if the weather does not permit, we have many indoor facilities to use as well. We understand that our site is spacious, however, we find that most of our guests enjoy seeing the beautiful gardens and covered walkways and benefit from parking nearby to each of our hotel locations. We appreciate hearing your thoughts. Best wishes

Hi W9889, Our hotel rooms are situated in the Manor House, Lavender Deluxe Rooms and Rookery Lodge. We do have this information on our website with the locations and room types, which can be found in the 'Hotel' section and also on the hotel booking system. Our prices reflect the standard of the room. We understand that guests may need to discuss which room would be appropriate to their stay, so if you would like to request a specific location or want to check the facilities in your room, we recommend getting in touch. If you would like to contact us regarding this matter, please email hello@rookery-manor.co.uk. Best wishes

After booking through Groupon on 29th December and then having to chase to confirm the booking leaving numerous messages at reception with no call back. Eventually spoke to a manager nearly a month after booking who then said we would be "upgraded" to the lavender suite. Prior
