Very bad experience, this hotel is durty like every room, the breakfast was terrible low quality, first place in Indonesia where was very bad the coffee. The swimming pool was occupied every day from local people that starts the party at 6 am until 22 pm drinking, eating, screaming all day long. No rules in the swimming pool. The boss don't take care about his costumer like his staff, the only nice person was the housekeeper. Go away.

Just a stone throw away from the beach, which was clean and secluded as opposed to some of the popular ones nearby. Rooms are clean and the staff is extremely courteous and helpful. 5 stars and beyond to the hospitality of the staff. Pool is very nice also. They have A small patio outside the room to chill and smoke. They have a terrace overlooking the pool with cool ocean breeze to sit and enjoy a cold beverage. We would definitely recommend the place .

Very nice hotel. The service was really good. The staff gived really good advice and helped us to see things in lombok. Especially Gedemulya Wardhana was really helpful. He speaks very good english and he helped us with the planning to see things. Thank you !

The value for your money is really good, the hotel looks nice, food at the restaurant is decent and very fairly priced. The staff is also kind and caring, especially Jum and Ismi from the reception, they will help with everything you ask them. Room cleaning is done on a daily basis and the rooms are nice and clean. AC is modern and works well, shower is fine aswell. Overall a nice place to stay for a decent price. Would recommend.
