Book with the hotel directly as they have a promotion during the pandemic, it was merely half of prices from online travel agent. The resort was nicely built in a traditional Lombok architecture. The private and secluded ambiance was lovely. Side to improve: •Breakfast option was very lacking. Only have two option of mains with a very small portion for an a la carte breakfast. • I found this hotel to be a bit lack of staff presence. *note: the cons was actually a quite understandable as we were stayed during pandemic situation. Perhaps they would do better on the normal times.

What a stunning hotel in a beautiful location. The balcony overlooking the ocean was just gorgeous and the pool area and gazebos were so lovely to just while away a few hours watching the waves and the surfers. The staff were incredible and the food was delicious. Highly recommend this place!!

The hotel has a beautiful pool area and views of the beach. The staff were very friendly and attentive and made fab cocktails for sunset. I felt the rooms were a little musty and dated for a five star hotel. We were there just after Christmas and there were a lot of kids around which we didn't expect. There is an adult only pool area beside the spa but unfortunately the roof top area adjacent had no loungers and was just an empty space which seemed like a wasted opportunity. The food was nice but overpriced for what we got. We just expected a little more but the staff were really lovely,

What could I possibly say about Jeeva Kuli that could do it justice for just how amazing this place is. From the location itself... beautiful beach, idilic infinity pool with a view of Bali's Mount Agung, to the pristine grounds that the gardeners tended to every morning, to the amazingly kind, thoughtful and all round friendly staff I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Everything at this resort is the epitome of 'tranquil'. My wife and myself stayed here in one of the Beach View Villas at the beginning of March in a 3 part honeymoon trip, including Kuala Lumpur, Lombok and Bali, and it certainly left a lasting impression on us. To experience Lombok, with the thanks of many recommendations of the resort staff, really made the our time there just that ever more special. I have to mention a few names who made it us feel so welcomed in our time there. Dinni you are a STAR, with your warm smile greeting us every morning at breakfast and the fact that without a moments hesitating had made natural sun burn ointment for my wife, when she was in pain, honestly I can't thank you enough and to Komang, not just the fact that I felt like a football star during my stay (without the fame) with your amusing greeting of 'Alisson Becker!' every morning, which made my better half laugh being a Liverpool fan, but you always liked to chat about anything and everything - all staff in fact kept our mind at ease especially being a time of uncertainty as we visited just as Coronavirus was hitting the headlines. Like others have said, the spa treatments are fantastic, I totally recommend the Micet Madura (Maduranese Massage), the food and drinks, together with the atmosphere at the resort's restaurant, is in my opinion more authentic than other hotels in the area we ate at. One top tip to guests is use Moe on the beach to book any trips you have in mind, he took us to Kuta and the Gili islands on two different days, which were both fantastic. Moe's genuine friendly nature and sense of humour meant it was a pleasure to give him our business whilst there. I can definitely say that Jeeva Klui will most certainly be a place we will come back to in the future when we return to Lombok. ...and hopefully many times after that! Ed and Helen

We stayed here for 6 nights and loved our time here. Stunning location on the beach. Hotel staff were so lovely and friendly. Special mention to Dini and Ken for the warm welcome every time we saw them, as well as the good chats at a very odd time to be so far from home (Coronavirus crisis was just kicking off at the time of our stay). The hotel itself is great - we loved the beach and pool, and enjoyed all our meals. This really is a stunning spot. Thank you to all the team for an excellent stay!
