Scattered amongst beautiful gardens are these architecturally designed chalets facing the spectacular vista of Mt Agung across the straits. Discrete, professional service from a great team of staff, a fantastic pool and delicious food served in the on site restaurant. The rooms are so well thought out: spacious, comfortable and making full use of the inside/ outside tropical living ethos, with spectacular glass sliding doors opening onto a dream of a verandah/ balcony, where I spent most of my time with my books and work. And watching the famous sunsets🌞. The beach is lovely, not really ideal for swimming, and management should make sure the rubbish which accumulates on the sand daily, is cleaned more regularly. That, and the ever present hawkers ( not many),lurking and harassing around the beach entry points are the inevitable down sides. Jeeva Klui is definitely a Lombok gem that deserves all the praise for its elegance, style and just wonderful ambience. The staff, of course are the property’s trump card. I left too soon, but will hopefully come back again!…

What a lovely place - 4 nights here and we are sad to be leaving in 2 days time. After a really busy week after arriving in Singapore, then heading to Ubud in Bali and dashing around we were ready for a bit of a rest and this is a perfect place to do it. We booked a beach villa - which is just fabulous. The room is lovely, and the outside shower is great - we both really loved it. The resort is small, intimate and the staff are exceptional. I went for a number of massages, facials etc and they were all lovely. I found a lovely lady on the beach who did a fabulous Balinese massage so went there every morning. The sea was beautiful, we did lots of swimming, lots of lying around on the various sunbeds and cabanas. The food was great, drinks lovely. We loved it - a fabulous magical place we dont want to leave. The only criticism is that the mini bar had nothing in it, the bar staff would bring things to you but it would have been nice to grab some nuts or something in the afternoon. But a very minor thing - it was perfect. We rarely stay put when away as usually want to explore where we are - but on this occasion it was lovely to just chill out and be looked after and spoilt. If I could give a 12/10 I would! Amazing place. The staff are all SO friendly and professional. They remembered our names after only the first night and kept going out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Food is delicious, actually well priced as well. The views are beautiful, great for a sunset walk along the beach front. We stayed in the Akasha Pool Villa, very nice to have a private plunge pool too. The hotel is about a 10 minute drive from Senggigi, it’s actually a lovely long walk into town for those who are keen!

Due to extensive work travel, I had stayed at literally hundreds of hotels over the years. I can categorically say that the staff at the Jeeva Klui are the most engaging and delightful that I have experienced. They all get to know your name and welcome you with real affection. Special people. We are staying in an ocean view suite and it is simply stunning. The room is vast with separate changing room with open air shower. The air con works perfectly, they replenish the water and turn the bed down at the end of the day. The views across the sea to Bali are spectacular - we have seen some incredible sunsets. The food in the restaurant has do far been exceptional each night so far. They also have complimentary tea/coffee, fruit and cakes at 3pm every day, The question is, will we return? We stay for 5 nights in this lovely resort. Perfect located quite closed to Sengiggi area, this place is amazing. Comfortable villas, surounded by nice gardens, an amazing infinity pool nearby restaurant on the beach, makes this place very special. The staff vas excellent and very helpful. I would like to thank especially to Dini and Windri, the morning staff at restaurant- they make us feel very special, to Ken and Bruno in the afternoon for the famous Tobaco Negrini cocktail:), but generally to everyone involved. I would like also to Mr Badi Egast our local friend and guide. For sure I would recommend this place as one of the best.

Such a warm and welcoming resort. Our room was perfect with a private pool that's a really decent size. Outdoor bath tub and shower. It's really calming and in the morning you can walk on the beach if the tide is low. breakfast was okay nothing great but the whole place is really picture perfect.

Lovely tropical resort! Such a lovely relaxed resort, beachfront with mountain backdrop, set in lush tropical grounds and gardens. The pool villas were beautifully private, spacious and gorgeously decorated. Loved the indonesian styled resort, great service, food and drinks. The staff were beautiful, friendly, helpful and attentive. The breakfasts were a highlight, not only included in great room rate but best view over the beach.. watching turtles swimming in the bay every morning whilst eating delicious fruit and whatever you like cooked all by sunny service and a smile of all staff. Our only concern is with the amount of rubbish and pollution, especially in the ocean, this isn't a resort only issue.. its a whole island problem, educational and government support needed to fix.

We stayed for 3 nights in a king suite with beach view. It's a two level villa with two suites, one top one bottom. If you want single villa, its the king villa not suite. We only heard the above suite a few times, walking heavy, closing doors and watching tv. It has a nice deck and close to the beach chairs. Lovely breeze from the sea. The beach is stoney right in front, but its possible swim just to the side of the resort, a more public beach, where the locals swim. The pool is nice. The resort area is very well taken care of. Outside shower and indoor toilet, ok pressure in the shower. Bed is ok with mosquito net. The room is either very dark or if you open the curtains its no privacy, if you are on the bottom floor. I'd still take bottom floor due to quick and easy access. There isn't much around the hotel, just other resorts or local shacks. Closest mini mart is about 15min walking, for wine you need to go to fresh mart 6km away. However, the wine and drinks at the hotel are decently priced. The hotel has three o'clock tea with fruit and cake, which is included. Happy hour is between 16-19. Cocktails could be improved. We decided against having more of them after trying a few. From our three dinners, we liked the currys, grilled chicken and fish, but the thai style woks was not what we expected. It's was very soggy more a stew. The minaret is barely heard here, so it's possible to sleep all through the night. The gym has one treadmill, one bike, free weights and some machines. Be sure to tell them to turn on the ac a while before you want to use it. All in all we had three great days and we could visit again.…

We stayed for 16 nights. We could not fault anything. Romantic, secluded, peaceful. The staff were amazing. Our beachfront villa was amazing. Location amazing. The special touches were thoughtful and appreciated. The included breakfast was varied and fresh, a great start to every day. Afternoon tea was simple but satisfying and a great lead into happy hour! We swum in the pool at least twice a day. Grounds were immaculate. The beach was very dirty with rubbish each morning and it was sad to see so many people cleaning it for hours but can also see a different culture and way of life that contributes to it. No fault of the resort. The reception would organise a taxi, so quick and easy and cheap. If you want to escape from the whole wide world, as we did, this is the place. We had a fantastic time staying at Jeeva Klui for a few days while we explored Lombok and relaxed. From the start to the end of our trip we felt very well taken care of. We arranged an airport transfer and they waited for us despite immigration taking over an hour to get through. Small negative was that some men, who we thought were airport staff, took our bags and loaded them into the car, then got angry when we didn’t tip them - they didn’t ask and we didn’t really know what was happening, but we felt the driver could have stopped them from taking the bags. The hotel grounds are very peaceful and cosy, everything is very close together and within walking distance. The restaurant and pool area especially are very beautiful. We saw some spectacular sunsets with Mt Agung in the background. The staff were the shining stars of Jeeva Klui - all very friendly and attentive without being too stiff and stuffy. They all leaned our names and greeted us warmly. Genuinely lovely folk who went out of their way to fulfil any request. The food at the restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner was really delicious, we tried all kinds of dishes and all were great. The happy hour cocktails were also super! The room was very clean and comfortable and the afternoon turn down service was a nice touch. The huge door was a little tricky to slide across and didn’t quite fit flush so the mosquito net on the bed was much appreciated! The bathroom was spacious and we loved the outdoor shower. TV has Netflix and prime access, though we spent a lot of time lounging outside because it was so beautiful. The wifi isn’t great and sometimes didn’t work at all, but we didn’t need it much anyway. We booked a private snorkelling tour of the Gili Islands with the front desk and it was an absolutely awesome day. Whenever you get back to Jeeva Klui from a day out the staff say “welcome home” which totally sums up how staying at this place feels - like a beautiful home away from home. We will be back!…
