Fabulous resort in a quite secluded spot in Lombok. A great place to just chill and unwind. The resort is in a beautiful setting overlooking the ocean. Exceptionally staff who go well out of their way to make you feel welcome. Lovely beach front boutique property on Senggigi Beach facing the beautiful ocean and sunset views. outstanding We had a absolutely magnificent time in @sudamalaresorts Senggigi, Lombok. This was really the time of our life and without a doubt the best hotel we ever had been to. Had awesome stay at this lovely resort. Was really special
We booked a 2 week package with TUI in Indonesia. Including 5 nights at The Sudamala Suites in Senggigi, Lombok. The trip by fast boat to Lombok from Bali took approximately 2 hours which went quickly with views of the mountains on Bali. On arrival we were greeted with a friendly helpful transfer by taxi. The hotel was lovely in a fabulous location overlooking Senggigi beach. We could not fault the staff who were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The food was first class and the sunsets perfect. If was the only hotel on our trip we would have been very happy to stay at The Sudamala Suites for the whole two weeks. One of the few hotels we have been too that we would return.
Whatever I said would not be really enough , I would like to praise this place and the staff to the sky ,Specially Mr I Komang Sarjana the one of a kind manager , My stay was for 15 days in a private pool villa ( The Suranadi Private Pool Villa ) , the service was complete perfection , the breakfast , Olah Olah restaurant ( Sukna & Abdul Rahman and of course the chef Juandi ) , the housekeeping staff ( Mr Zulhaddin the supervisor ) , I enjoyed The Mango Tree Spa ( Husnul Khatima & Ria ) , The Reception team was so helpful ( Deya and Olivera ) . I would recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a really relaxed vacation , and no doubt I will come back again when I got the chance
Enjoy my second stay here in Sudamala. The staff were nice and the food in hotel was good. However, they have changed the breakfast menu and I missed the Soto Ayam in the restaurant. Please put it back! Also, the air conditioning is not really good and sometimes I feel quite hot even I turned both the air con & fan on. However, they have excellent view and I will keep return to Sudamala if I stay in Lombok.
Wow, my partner and I are already planning our next stay at this hotel. I don’t even know where to begin but everything was just 100% from start to finish. Our room was HUGE with a TV, lots of channels and the bathroom on the ground floor was to die for. Spotlessly clean with two showers (semi outdoor and outdoor). There was heaps of storage space, and a safe, we could fully unpack and store our suitcase out of the way. We also had a private courtyard with a gate which came in handy when my parents came from another hotel for a visit. The spa was one of the best I’ve been to. We had a complementary massage included with our accommodation package and I very quickly booked another treatment. The restaurant has a great selection for Alacarte breakfast, not just your usual American, continental or Asian breakfasts. One day I had salmon and smashed avo on sourdough, one day I had the best nasi goreng I’ve ever had, and one day I had what can only be described as an “Aussie big breakfast”. They also offer cooking classes and have a herb garden on site. We didn’t do the class but we could smell one and it got the thumbs up from us. The pool is huge. Surrounded by pink frangipanni trees and has a breathtaking view of the ocean an Mt Agung. There is waterfront bar and dining with happy hour. And you can access the beach for a swim, a stroll and there are surf and boat hire places nearby. We did a day trip to the Northern Gilis while we were there, and the hotel also offers a VERY reasonably priced day trip to the Southern Gilis, which I cannot wait to do next time we are there. Accross the road and to the left a little you will find a local Warung called Molly’s Bar and Grill, where they do great bbq ribs. The food does take a bit of time but so worth it once it comes out. We also ate at the waterfront bar (we had the chilli) and it was amazing, fresh and unique. The cocktails were great and all had a unique twist to them. Three staff members in particular were so lovely and I enjoyed chatting with them while we were sitting having a drink or waiting for breakfast. I’m sorry I forgot their names, one was the restaurant manager and the other two young gentlemen were an absolute delight. Sudamala Suites is definitely the Jewel of Senggigi, and we are really looking forward to staying again, hopefully in the near future! …
