Luckily we only needed to stay at the hotel for just one night. The check-in at the reception was alright but as we entered the room, we were desapointed. The water closet seat was dirty with mold. We cleaned it but although we couldn’t remove the whole stain it was clear to us that with a little care it could have be cleaned. The king size bed was placed against the wall and one had to crawl to get to one’s side. Very uncomfortable. At 9:30 the next morning we went for breakfast and once again we had to call someone to do the cleaning of the table although it was supposedly set for the guests. The choice of food was plentiful but none really delicious. For this disapointing experience we paid R$ 855,93 which was, by no means, cheap.
