Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
Good hotel but I expected more, especially considering it is considered a resort. Good structure but needs to be modernized and lacks in services. The restaurant leaves something to be desired for both meals and breakfast. Due to the location and climate of the region, the pool could be heated.

We stayed in a room with a balcony, good and spacious, but two details interfere with our rest, which are the mattress, very soft and old, and the noise of cars on BR040. The hotel needs modernization, investments will be necessary. Good breakfast, friendly staff. I won't go back until there is a renovation.

Luckily we only needed to stay at the hotel for just one night. The check-in at the reception was alright but as we entered the room, we were desapointed. The water closet seat was dirty with mold. We cleaned it but although we couldn’t remove the whole stain it was clear to us that with a little care it could have be cleaned. The king size bed was placed against the wall and one had to crawl to get to one’s side. Very uncomfortable. At 9:30 the next morning we went for breakfast and once again we had to call someone to do the cleaning of the table although it was supposedly set for the guests. The choice of food was plentiful but none really delicious. For this disapointing experience we paid R$ 855,93 which was, by no means, cheap.

I went to hold a work event and the entire team is to be congratulated. service is a 10 and the food is a 1000. We were very well attended to and the atmosphere is very pleasant and beautiful, I will definitely come back more often if I have the opportunity. the surroundings are very green

From January 23rd to 26th, my family and I had a great experience at VILLA ITAIPAVA RESORT & CONVENTIONS. Although it is not a luxurious building, it is located in a large, green area, surrounded by mountains, which makes it a very pleasant place to stay. Our rooms (we went as a family and booked 3 standard rooms), with spacious and comfortable beds, were always kept clean and tidy. The breakfast is very varied with fruits, rolls, cakes, cold cuts, juices...: EVERYTHING DELICIOUS!!! It has tennis courts, beach tennis courts, a football field, pool tables, ping-pong tables, a small gym, a swimming pool for adults and children, a cinema room... and even a convention room. There is also a daily program for children. I would like to highlight the EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM ALL STAFF, always very helpful, kind, friendly, extremely concerned with the well-being of guests. HIGHLIGHT to Mariane (who, at my family's request, provided a mini cake for my birthday breakfast), Rafael and Elias.

The hotel has an excellent physical structure, but it does not have proper maintenance. The room was ok, pretty simple but comfortable. The worst experience was at the hotel restaurant at night. We arrived late and we wanted dinner. The restaurant was in motion, but not crowded. Bad service from the waiters, no suitable clothing and no training to be there. Most of the menu items were missing, and we struggled hard to get to dinner a simple pizza and a nhoque. They were terrible, no taste at all. It is unacceptable a hotel of that size, which receives events all the time, keep a service and such a painful food. This is because it is a hotel with a lot of movement and in the beginning of the winter season. The breakfast is also very simple for what is charged in the daily. It's not worth it at all.

Horrible. When we arrived at the hotel we thought we had made a good choice, but when we arrived at the room, it was simply horrible, we asked for two rooms and one simply didn't open, we had to spend twenty minutes sorting it out and in one of the two rooms the air conditioning simply didn't work, in addition to the fact that the people at the hotel were very rude. Finally the food, worst experience of my life, cold, expensive and raw food.
