I was given a room with a broken Air Conditioner. The AC was so noisy I was not able to sleep at all. The AC did not kept the temperatures comfortably. I informed the hotel on multiple occasions, nothing was done. It wasn't until the next day afternoon that they sent a maintenance person to replace the AC. I asked to get a new room. They didn't gave me one. The room was a mess with the AC removed, in pieces through all the room. I needed to shower to go to a wedding but couldn't because the maintenance person was in the room. I kept insisting on getting a new room. It wasn't until later in the evening the next day that I was given a new room. Later in the week on May 28, the water service went out. I asked in the lobby and they said it was for the whole hotel, I was not able to shower nor use the bathrooms that day. I was told by the supervisor that the Friday May 26, 2023 night would be refunded, since I was not given a working room. However I have not received an email confirming the refund. I was however charged the full amount for the stay. I keep calling the hotel to inquire, but they don't pick up my calls. I had never in the past had such a bad experience with a hotel. I am expecting the refund. …

I traveled to Puerto Rico to celebrate my birthday. All was perfect at the Hyatt Place Manati! Great location with beautiful landscaping. Great customer service check-in, nice clean updated room and clean hallways, comfortable bed, housekeeping was awesome as well did an excellent job cleaning daily and the breakfast was delicious with nice selections. I've always loved the lobbies in the Hyatt hotels with plenty of seating with desserts foods and bar all very clean and elegant to me, I enjoyed the nice and clean fitness room, the pool was nice and clean as well. We also were able to walk over to the Casino. Check-out was also quick and friendly. Thank you again Hyatt for accommodating us at short notice.

I was in Arecibo for business and stayed in a different hotel each night. This hotel was my favorite of three Hilton properties I stayed in. It is modern and well appointed with everything a business traveler might need. It felt safe and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again. I didn’t give it 5 stars because I didn’t get a chance to try any of the amenities due to covid restrictions/curfew

One of the best experiences I had compare with the different hotels chain. I recommend 1000%. Great location, close to one of the best beach in the caribbean, outlets mall, on of the best medical and hospital services and casino.

This was my second stay at the Hyatt Place Manati. The staff both times were extremely pleasant and wanting to help always with a smile on their faces!! The hotel was always clean and I always had the feel of being very comfortable in my room as well as in the hotel common areas. Would continue to stay there any other time I visit P.R. again!

My wife and I stayed at Hyatt Place for two nights in January 2023. We got a great price for the room. I was a little skeptical based on previous reviews. If there were problems at one time, I saw no evidence of that during my stay. Everything was good. The room was very nice and came with a good breakfast and coffee. (We love Puerto Rican coffee) Check in was easy and everything was key card access, including the elevator. Staff was attentive and friendly. There is a steakhouse and casino next door. The pool was smaller and worked for us after a hard day of shopping and touring beaches, Mar Chiquita beach which was very beautiful and safe and Los Tubos beach where a few kids were surfing. We went to the outlet malls which was west on Hwy 2 and finished at Marshalls a few blocks away from the Hyatt. …
