직원이 친절하고 숙소가 아주 깔끔함. 각 방마다 화장실/샤워실이 갖춰져있음. 굉장히 친근한 분위기. 무엇보다 가격이 굉장히 저렴함.
관광지에서 떨어져있는 것은 단점보다 오히려 장점. 시끄럽지 않고 쉬기에 딱 좋음. 교통티켓을 리셉션에서 판매하고 있어서 편리하고 트램 정거장과 걸어서 3분 거리.
