There isnt much to complain about. You need to pay a little more because of the location, but the hotel is great when it comes to the friendliness of the staff, breakfast and the state of the rooms. Usually I tend to point out something negative as well in order to balance my review, but Rubicon was really an extremely...

Straight in a downtown, Dlouhá street is literally just behind a corner :-) Every member of the hotel staff (including all front desk staff both during check-in and check-out the next day, breakfast waitresses, maids, porters) was nice a professional, everything in the room new and clean. And you could watch the tv from a toilet - great! :-D

We had a family room on the 5th Floor. The hotel is only a short walk to the Old town square and close to the Jewish quarter (Old/New Synagogue and Jewish Cemetery. The room was clean and functional, in line with the budget feel of the hotel. The room was actually a small apartment with Toilet/Shower room a smaller double...

I was given a room on the 3 floor. The room was small but fine for 1 person on a budget. The view from the room was nice and the room sort of clean (dusty lamps but thats not to bad). The clerk that I met while cheking in was very nice and gave me late chek-out (14 instead of...

After reading some reviews in here I was getting a bit concerned. But I had nothing to worry about. We arrive at just fine one and checked in. We were lucky as our room was ready. We stayed in room 206. It was clean and spacious and with everything we needed. We had a hairdryer which was not the best...

We were really pleased with your positive evaluation of our hotel. We try our best when preparing breakfast for our guests. Although we have from our guests mostly positive feedback, we will try to improve our breakfast service even more. We will try our best to fulfill your expactations during your next visit to us.

We had a 3 bedroom family room, it was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was all good plenty to eat. We will definitely book this hotel again, staff also very friendly and helpful!! This hotel is close to all amenities in the old town of Prague, plenty of lovely restaurants close by.

Stayed at the Hotel Rubicon over New Years. Yes I know it's a budget hotel and I have considered that when writing this review. However, I do write this having spent more than the average for this hotel given the heightened prices at this time of year. The hotel has both positives and negatives that I feel people should be...

The hotel was terrible. Our entire room on a "non-smoking" floor smelt like cigarette smoke and we could not sleep. We both woke up with a cough, sore chests and throats, and sand paper eyes. When we informed the front desk they did not rectify anything or offer us a new room. Horrible experience and would not recommend to any...

Neighbourhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighbourhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
