Hotel is in an excellent location. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. It was in such a beautiful area. The service from staff was great. Everyone we encountered was pleasant. The rooms were comfortable. We were also able to enjoy the use of the executive lounge as well as the breakfast buffet downstairs. I enjoyed the...

Firstly I would like to say a thank you to the hotel for what was a great stay and great experience. Room I paid a little more for the executive governor suite, it is lovely and worth every penny. The split living and dinning area by the 55inch LG smart tv is huge. Trust me if you can fill the...

We enjoyed staying at this property. It was clean and comfortable. The Executive Lounge was nicely done and they had a variety of drink choices. The location is perfect. We had an upper floor where the windows opened, which we enjoy to get some fresh air. I would recommend paying extra for that feature.

We loved the location. Entire hotel is clean and upscale. Breakfast is quite good with excellent friendly service. We got especially good service from Barbora, their concierge. She is not only friendly but knowledgeable. She relates to travelers' needs with empathy yet remains professional. She anticipated our needs with good suggestions for meals and walking tours. I stayed here just recently, their location is GREAT, it's quite nearby to the Old City Square. Probably only 10-15 minutes walking distance. The room is small but quite comfortable considering their location, so far their TV screen is the biggest one in my whole traveling journey, they have quite good choices and varieties in their breakfast, and their staffs...

The hotel was well-situated and every employee I encountered was beyond helpful and professional. My only complaint was that there were no easily accessible unused outlets in my room, and since I was there on business, this was very inconvenient. My colleague did not have the same issue in her room, however, so this may not be a widespread issue,...

Modern hotel with nice rooms and helpful staff. The hotel has very good food and drinks. The concierge is very knowledgeable. The hotel is located about a 10 to 15 minute walk from Old Town. As we were leaving early we were given bags with very generous breakfasts.

I've stayed at this hotel a few different times. All my stays were enjoyable. I've only had one issue on one of my visits. One time I had a room with a musty odor to it. We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was very close to all of the attractions in Old Town. The room was modern and very clean and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast and cocktail hour in the executive lounge were both very nice. Will definitely stay here again when in Prague.

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred metres long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theatres. National Theatre near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
