Staff were nice and friendly and always took the time to help when needed. Room was very big and clean and was cleaned every day and fresh tea and coffee were replenished. Breakfast had lots of variety. We will definitely be returning to this hotel. I wish I could say the same about the shops in the area, the staff...

Stayed only for 1 night. No room card keys here. It's old fashioned keys and you have to lock your room also from the Inside! Room was adequate, toilet is separate room from shower. Shower had very strong spray that I was not able to adjust. Comfy beds, fast Internet. Breakfast had a lot of bread, cold cuts. Wish that...

Not too much of a complaint as the price was very cheap when I booked... but I still think the hotel itself could be a bit better. For example every time I turned on the fan in my room there was a smell of cigarette smoke! Other than that that, the included breakfast was fairly good and the 24/7 reception...

Myself and my husband only stayed here for one night but we are planning to go back to Prague in a few months time for a couple of weeks. We will definitely be looking at staying back at this hotel. The main thing I look for in a hotel is cleanliness and quiet on a night. This hotel was exactly...

The hotel is located close to metro and tram stop on the west side of the river. Its either a 15 min walk or a few minute tram ride to get into the old/new town centre. Neighbourhood is good. The rooms are fine, personal is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice, enough choice and all fresh. The room was...

Fabulous value for money. Clean, comfortable and warm. breakfast but a good variety and something for everyone. Close enough to walk to centre or buy a 1 or 3 day bus/tram/underground pass. Trams are well run and very regular. Several ways to get to there but the tram stops a few yards from hotel so getting around on public transport...

Nice hotel, good price and close to the center of the town. A nice walk along the Moldau and after 20 minutes you have reached the Carls Bridge. The breakfast was really good, such a delicious pastry and very good coffee to start the day with.

I have just booked my third stay at hotel Arbes for November 2016. I stay for 21 days each trip and have yet to find a single thing to complain about. Comfortable room, perfect size flat screen TV to connect my computer to for videos I have recorded, bring your HDMI cable. Mini fridge stocked well and pricing is not...

Good price for a weekend in Praha. The hotel is located a bit offside from the centrum. But is only 15-30min walk to centrum or many possibilities of public transportation. The breakfast wa not the greatest and the rooms where just ok.

Not the worst but not the greatest hotel iv ever stayed in. Plus points is its close to many things for you to visit. Old town is 20 min walk. Or get a taxi costing 100ck the hotel will order you one. Do not flag down your own taxi. I made this mistake and was charged 400 not fully knowing...
