The Hotel has a good location, with easy access to public transport. Do not let the Hotel call for taxi! You get some overpriced private drivers. Cleanliness is ok, but you can smell cigarette smoke in the rooms. Very unpolite and unattentive staff.

Nice, modern and friendly staff. We had no problems during our stay. Rooms are big enough for two, allthough on the room there are not that many power sockets. Rooms were clean and wifi worked great and it is free. Breakfast was versatile. Tram stop right next to the hotel. Old town few stops away. At the hotel there is...

Stayed here for 2 nights for Saints game against Sparta Prague, handily placed for the football and only 25 minutes walk to Old Town main square. Very good room apart from the wifi, it was very poor in the room but fine anywhere else. Two restaurants, one with a bar, we ate in the pizza restaurant on the lower floor,...

We booked this hotel for double room with bathtub and spa. The reception had a bad attitude for register the room for us and she told us that our reservation is only for double room with shower, if we want bathtub, we have to pay 20€ EXTRA! But in booking, it mentioned very clearly that the price is for shower...

If you don't mind taking the #17 Tram into Old Town, this hotel is for you. Room was clean, updated lobby. Breakfast is very good. Downside: outdoor lighting is poor in the evening, use the main lobby entrance only and stay away from side accesses as surfaces are uneven and dark. Neighborhood is safe but unattractive. Most of the restaurants...

This hotel was chosen for us by our cruise company. It was clean it was nice it was Modern and had great internet service as do most hotels use days. Breakfast was a large lovely buffet. The 17 bus or tram goes right into the Old Town, so although not in Old Town it was very convenient. Right next door...

Hotel is not in the city center, it takes some 20-25 min to walk to old town from here, but it's still a great location i think. Just outside you can hop onto the trams (very frequent schedule) or you can go by Uber for some 5 euros. Staff in the reception were very helpful in giving advice on transport...

My wife and I enjoyed a 6 day visit to the hotel. The rooms were fine, bath and showers more than comfortable, a/c and other accoutrements functional and pleasant. We experienced the breakfast food which was fresh and tasty. The place was crowded during a good bit of the time we were here, but while busy the staff performed well...
