We booked this hotel for double room with bathtub and spa. The reception had a bad attitude for register the room for us and she told us that our reservation is only for double room with shower, if we want bathtub, we have to pay 20€ EXTRA! But in booking, it mentioned very clearly that the price is for shower...

Lovely hotel wonderful staff, the friendliest I have met in such a cold city. We had a wonder bar man called Tomas very warm and friendly but the jacuzzi was out of action which was such a let down, staff informed us it may not be fixed due to new ownership

If you don't mind taking the #17 Tram into Old Town, this hotel is for you. Room was clean, updated lobby. Breakfast is very good. Downside: outdoor lighting is poor in the evening, use the main lobby entrance only and stay away from side accesses as surfaces are uneven and dark. Neighborhood is safe but unattractive. Most of the restaurants...

This hotel was chosen for us by our cruise company. It was clean it was nice it was Modern and had great internet service as do most hotels use days. Breakfast was a large lovely buffet. The 17 bus or tram goes right into the Old Town, so although not in Old Town it was very convenient. Right next door...

Hotel is not in the city center, it takes some 20-25 min to walk to old town from here, but it's still a great location i think. Just outside you can hop onto the trams (very frequent schedule) or you can go by Uber for some 5 euros. Staff in the reception were very helpful in giving advice on transport...

My wife and I enjoyed a 6 day visit to the hotel. The rooms were fine, bath and showers more than comfortable, a/c and other accoutrements functional and pleasant. We experienced the breakfast food which was fresh and tasty. The place was crowded during a good bit of the time we were here, but while busy the staff performed well...

Away from the tourist crush but very well served with transport into the crush. Breakfast an experience. Spoilt for choice. Remainder of the hotel catering lunch, dinner not pretentious but of quality.

Good 4-star hotel is approximately 12 minutes away by tram 17 or 6 from the center of Prague. The hotel and the rooms clean very well. Excellent staff especially Hannah from reception explained and we got the room early in the morning. Pleasant music at lobby in evening. Very good breakfast.

Parkhotel Praha was clean and convenient to our family's location. We had a pleasant stay. Trams were close by so getting to tourist areas was quick and easy. Pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable but beds were otherwise ok. The breakfast buffet was a bit disappointing but we didn't mind.
