I stayed here for 3 nights whilst visiting my daughter who is at Uni in Prague. The hotel is quite central to tourist attractions. It is near to tram stops. I cannot complain about my room, it was bright and spacious and spotlessly clean. No tea/coffee making facilities but a mini bar! / Breakfast was included and this was very...

Had a nice stay in hotel atos. Rooms were clean as was the hotel in general. My only thing was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, though there was a mini bar. Breakfast was ok , nothing great. Its in a great location for sightseeing . A 10 minute walk takes you to the Charles Bridge and the castle.

We found the offer affordable and worth it. Our room was spacious enough for us and very clean with a nice street view from the window. Tram passes nearby. We could walk to lovely sights. The receptionists speak English so it was useful. The buffet included for breakfast is good and filling. It would be nice though if the servers...

Great location, everything within walking distance. Clean and tidy rooms. Yes the trams go by outside but depending on where your room is in the hotel it's not a big issue. Couldn't fault it. Nice places to eat near by if you don't want to go back into the city.

Great location. Just 15 -20 minutes walking distance to the Charles Brige and other places of interest . If you don't like to walk, there is a tram stop outside the hotel. Good, basic breakfast in form of cold and hot buffet. Great, budget hotel. I would recommend it.

Very disappointed with this hotel. When we arrived we were totally ignored by the woman receptionist. When she did eventually acknowledge us(10minutes later) we were checked in and dismissed. Room 702 in basement was very plain but clean. brick wall for a view. We had to ask for toilet roll and a crack in wall from top to bottom. next...

When we arrived the male receptionist was less than friendly. All he said to us was you will need the luggage room key and come back at 2. We were then dismissed. We arrived back at 2 and got given the key to room 504 and were dismissed again! The room which was on the top floor was quite spacious...

The room is very nice, clean and with a lot of space. Breakfast was nice, not too many options, but everything very tasty. The hotel is right by a tram stop wich you can get to go to Old Town, as well as to the city center, and if you are in better shape than me, you can even walk...

I was visiting my son studying in Prague and stayed at the Hotel Atos during last year’s September school holiday break. I had completed a lot of research to find a suitable hotel that was not going to break the bank (like those in the Old Town) but close enough to the sights of Prague and public transport. I tried...

Staying in Mala Strana (Little Quarter)

Neighbourhood Profile
Mala Strana (Little Quarter)
Malá Strana is one of the oldest and the most beautiful neighbourhoods in the city. Nestled underneath Prague Castle it was once a part of the Kings route taken by future kings on their way to coronation - originating in the Old Town, crossing Charles Bridge and leading to Saint Vitus Cathedral. Cobblestone streets are lined with picturesque medieval houses, remarkable palaces, churches, kitsch shops and restaurants. Do not hesitate to turn a corner into any narrow street. You will suddenly find yourself in a calm and charming neighbourhood full of hidden gardens, parks with peacocks, fruit trees and ponds. As the neighbourhood is a home to Czech Parliament and many ministries, you can also run into well-dressed officials. If you are thirsty or hungry, it is the right place to be. Restaurants offer delicious traditional food and of course, the best Czech beers.
