The hotel is at max 1 km of a metro and tram station. There is paid parking available on the street. It is a budget hotel, with free wifi only in the reception area. The breakfast was consistent. Good to be used as a stop. There are supermarkets nearby. The rooms does not have tea or cofee making facilities, or...

This is the experience of 2 middle aged sisters stay at this place and how we were treated. Think this "hotel" is basically tired of tourists ! Not a single staff member during our 24 hour stay smiled at us, or wasted any words e.g. Hello or even made eye contact with us. The room was filthy, no other words...

The staff Donovan, Larissa and Keith, couldn't have been more helpful. We booked this hotel 2 hours prior to checking in. Lovely, clean hotel tucked away between two buildings in New York... absolutely delightful. The coffee shop next door was great to.

Hotel is a complete shambles , staff are extremely rude the rooms are like a oven at night and the Windows look on to a motorway which in the morning is a joke might as well sleep outside . There is plenty of hotels further down the square which look stunning compared to this dump .

The first room I was given was in the second building, on the 6th floor and it was like an oven. The tiny skylight window wasn't big enough to get any air in the room, so I tried the fan. It didn't work. Went back to reception to ask if anything could be done. The receptionist eventually agreed to move...

Average room - not too big, not too small. The furniture and carpet are a bit dated. The bathroom was clean, there was hot water 24/7. New towels were provided every day. On the downside, there isn't free wifi in the rooms, only in the lobby and that one barely works. The staff, however, were very helpful. We were able...

Do not go to this hotel if you don't like a non air conned room, no fans for hire! Maids are thieves, could guarantee any money you left on the side would be subject to a 5 finger cleaning tax ha It's not a bad location to the city centre of your used to regular 2 mile walks a day...

We're do I start rooms dirty, old marked bedding, radiator hanging off wall, no air conditioning so you need to open the window as wide it will go. When you do this you can't sleep as there is a main road outside and it's used as a drag strip. Tv the size of a matchbox with very little channels working....

This hotel has a great city centre location, with it being 15 minutes away from Wenceslas Square and there are a variety of restaurants located on the streets around the hotel. The hotel has a free wifi, but it can only be used in the reception and they offer a premium one that you have to pay for but you...
