We stayed here just one night and it was a relief to step off the busy streets into a quiet and large room. The breakfast is fine and well stocked. An interesting note is the parking. It's an elevator style think for your car. Pretty cool to see. Would recommend this as a nice place for anyone

We booked for a very reasonable price via booking.com. This hotel is great value for money. It is perfectly located out of the hustle and bustle but also moments away from everything that you could possibly want to visit. The hotel is clean and well equipped, offering toiletries, hot drinks and a hairdryer in the room. Our bed was comfy...

Located just down the street from the German and American embassies, this hotel is a comfortable and convenient walk from most of Prague's central sites. The room was pleasantly large and well-appointed. The terrace is much larger than I could ever have taken advantage of. A solid variety of choices were offered for Breakfast. Charles Bridge and the Castle are...

We stayed at this hotel 21st July - 24th July in one of their Junior Suites - it was a large attic style room, nicely decorated and spotless, we would have rated it excellent had it not been for the lack of air-conditioning which was the only drawback being as it was a heat wave the days we were there....

The hotel is very conveniently located - only a short walk to Charles Bridge. We booked two doubles and one single room for a 3-night stay in Prague. Every room had its own layout and all three were spacious with large bathrooms and perfectly clean. The selection on breakfast was very satisfactory, including sweets, pastries, yoghurts, cereals, hams, cheese, bread...

This is an astonishing hotel, with a great location - the street is really quiet and it is pretty close to a bus stop. The staff is qualified and helpful. The food is amazing and the rooms are big and look even better than on the photos. All of the sights are close to the hotel. We recommend you taxi...

I highly recommend this hotel, don’t hesitate, book it, we would stay here again. Summary: good value, superb location, large room, excellent standards, friendly staff, excellent breakfast. More detail. It is an older, traditional style building in ‘lesser town’ in a narrow cobbled street. Close to the unmissable Prague Castle and Charles Bridge. There are bars and restaurants nearby. The review is in the title. Good, quiet location, large and comfortable rooms, good breakfast and helpful friendly staff. Go, stay, enjoy. Perfect. Oh and lovely civilised Vinoteca at the bottom of the street on the right corner for homemade lemonade or something stronger.

Enormous comfortable rooms and an excellent breakfast. Helpful receptionists. It's a 200m walk uphill from the tram stop, but the 192 bus runs about every 20 minutes if you have bags to carry. It's in a very quiet corner of the old city,, handy for the cathedral.

Staying in Mala Strana (Little Quarter)

Neighbourhood Profile
Mala Strana (Little Quarter)
Malá Strana is one of the oldest and the most beautiful neighbourhoods in the city. Nestled underneath Prague Castle it was once a part of the Kings route taken by future kings on their way to coronation - originating in the Old Town, crossing Charles Bridge and leading to Saint Vitus Cathedral. Cobblestone streets are lined with picturesque medieval houses, remarkable palaces, churches, kitsch shops and restaurants. Do not hesitate to turn a corner into any narrow street. You will suddenly find yourself in a calm and charming neighbourhood full of hidden gardens, parks with peacocks, fruit trees and ponds. As the neighbourhood is a home to Czech Parliament and many ministries, you can also run into well-dressed officials. If you are thirsty or hungry, it is the right place to be. Restaurants offer delicious traditional food and of course, the best Czech beers.
