I guess you will get what you pay for. OK, it is 5 star, but there is nothing luxorious about this hotel. There was a decoration pillow in our sofa the contained a white-ish stain. And I don't think it was shampoo! Aside from that I have no complains. I was cheap, and I think We got good value for...

I do not understand how it can be rated 5 stars. Great position, thats about it. Bad service, dirty windows, broken shower, spiders in the room, slow Internet . Try smaller boutique hotels on Mala Strana, much better value for money.

I prepaid for my reservation and they claimed they did not receive my money When I mentioned that I had already contacted my credit card fraud department, they suddenly told me their computer was down on the day I made my payment and they did have my money. It was a big hassle and I constantly checked my credit card...

A well placed hotel overlooking the River Vitava and within a 10-15 minute walk to the old town. We spent 3 nights at this hotel as part of a group. The rooms are large and spacious and we were lucky enough to be given a room with a view of the river and the Charles Bridge and for no extra...

The location is excellent but very thing else is down hill. The staff are not friendly. The hotel is dirty, carpet in my room and breakfast area was never cleaned over the time I stayed there. The windows were not cleaned with cob webs. At no time was my bed made, and housekeeping forgot to leave towels and toilet paper....

Good location, to old town in 5 minutes, next to river. Friendly staff in general. Rooms and facilities are outdated; dark wall to wall carpets, dark wood... soviet style, not 5 star. Breakfast was good / very good

Neighbourhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighbourhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
