The best hotel we stayed among the other hotels during this trip to Europe. I love the big spotless room and best of all, a bathtub that's big enough to let you relax comfortably after a long day of sightseeing. I encountered 3 different receptionist during our 3 days stay. So far, 2 of them (1 tall pretty lady and...

One of the best hotel I've ever stayed! Large, bright and spotless room, big bathroom, modern furniture, huge selection of TV programs. Staff was very friendly, polite and useful. Breakfast was included in room price and was not very rich but good. Location could not be better - just opposite to subway station and 5-8 minute walk from Karlovy bridge....

Stayed for four nights at peak of cold snap in February 2012. We were a family of four and the kids had their room which interconnected with ours; spacious, warm, elegant. Double comfy beds, adjoining good sized bathroom. View of the castle, very close to the old town, we had no trouble walking to all the sights - even in...

We stayed for 3 nights in this hotel in mid Sept 2011, Overall the hotel was great, friendly staff, nice traditional decor, decent breakfast ( ask if you want eggs, bacon etc, its not a problem), fantastic location for everything, we walked everywhere, didn't use public transport at all, because everything was so close-by, although looking back, i wished we'd...

My wife and I stayed in a 2-person room for 2 nights, then were joined by our two teenage children in a 4-person suite for another 2 nights. Both rooms were spectacular, with elegant furnishings, views of the castle, and sparkling clean facilities. The included breakfast was also quite good; in addition to the usual continental breakfast goodies, there were...

Me and my partner stayed in Trinidad hotel for four nights. We were most satisfied with everything - room was clean and tidy, spacious, well furnished, there was also fridge in it, etc. Bathroom was huge, with triangular tub, towels were changed every day. Employees were nice, especially girls on the front desk knew english very well, there were some...

The room was large, beautifully decorated, very comfortable with a sizable bath and bathroom. The windows are double glazed so the room is quiet, even though there are constant trams and many people outside the hotel. The hotel is located close to the Palace and one of the bridges making it easy walking to all the attractions of Prague. The...

Wonderfull room with an amazing view to Prague Castle. Very good location. There is no service in the hotel, just one person at the reception, no one show your room, carry your luggage or give informations about the city. I had 2 days breakfast, first one was barely ok, second was terrible....just a juice mixed with a lot of water....

Overall the Hotel is acceptable. Bedroom is spacious, heating system was working well, all receptionists were polite, buffet breakfast (tho limited in selection)was acceptable. I have few comments for improvement as follows.. 1. 1 of the 3 receptionist (the youngest looking girl - duty on dec 25 i think) did not even know the common places tourists visit in Prague....

We went to the pizza restaurant, which is situated near the Hotel. First of all the waitress (woman, who was round 50 years old) was very rude. When I asked her about a possibility of paying with a card, she said that is impossible. Then I asked about the ATM and she said that there is no one (which was...

Staying in Hradcany & Letna

Neighbourhood Profile
Hradcany & Letna
Your experience in Prague will never be complete if you do not see it from the top. Hillsides, stretched from the west to the north, provide spectacular views of greenish copper cupolas, narrow cobblestone streets, bridges connecting both river banks and green gardens from red-roof tops of centuries-old houses. Prague pulls you into its 1300 year old history. Walking up the hill or stairs to Prague Castle, the historical seat of Czech rulers and the majestic Saint Vitus Cathedral can leave you speechless (and out of breath). Luckily, plenty of terrace cafés overlooking gardens and beautiful parks are available to provide rest and a place to catch your breath again.
