Hostel Mango was great! We booked a 14 person dorm and it was just fine. The staff was friendly and helpful. City Center was easily accessibly from this hostel. We walked everywhere we went. The hostel was pretty clean too. Towels and sheets are included. Very budget friendly. There is a kitchen for you to cook in if you choose....

Nice staff, good beds and bathrooms. The cleaning was ok too. I stayed in a 06 bed room and it was very cheap (7,10euros/189cz per night). The location was the best part, really close to charle's bridge. The common roon was very cool, it was like a cave under the ground and with comfortable sofas. However, they dont offer breakfast....

The hostel is next to the karlsbridge and therefore everything is close enough to walk. Tipp: enjoy your selfmade breakfeast in the common room with kitchen and in the evening your beer and nice company, visistors and employes as well. Our room was perfect for the purpose - no bad suprises.

The hostel is situated in a convenient location for sightseeing. It is very close to the Charles Bridge. Other places of attraction are also near by, walking distance from the hostel. The dorm rooms have their won bathroom and toilet. There is a common kitchen plus lounge for the whole hostel. Free wifi has most of the time good speed,...

Staff was very friendly and the beds were awesome. And plugs next to bed was a plus. I would stay here again next time I'm in Prague. Also right near castle, charles bridge and the John lennon wall. Fun times.

The hostel loction is excellent that u won't need to use transportation to get to most of the famous attractions of prague, the rooms were clean but quite narrow, the wifi connection was not so good and as u have to go to some areas to get a good connection, if I visit Prague once more I think i will...

Great location, but not really happy with everything else. Some of the bedroom lockers don't lock properly, the wifi is dodgy at best, the shower was blocked for 3 days. Also the bed sheets are too small for the mattresses which means you end up sleeping on a bare mattress - that other people will have slept on. Wouldn't stay...

Dear guest, thank you for your feedback. We are happy to see you liked the central location. If the wifi works slow, feel free to use the common computer in the lobby, where it works just fine. If you have issue with the locker, please, report it to the receptionist, and feel free to store your valuables in the safe...

Staff were great, extremely helpful and friendly, gave good tourist and restaurant advice. The atmosphere & facilities are great, whether you chose to chill in the lounge room, sets up a good vibe to meet everyone for the nightly activity! Will definitely be returning.

The hostel is near the S. Charles's Bridge and therefore nearby the old city centre. We stayed here for a few nights. Rooms are pretty small and there are no hangers anywhere. Reception desk could smile a bit more, it's free!

Dear guest, thank you for your review. We are glad you enjoyed our location near the Charles Bridge. The hangers are a good idea for the winter season, we will take a note about that. We are very keen on a good customer service and will surely smile more when you come next time! Kind regards, Tereza Křepelková, PR Manager

Staying in Mala Strana (Little Quarter)

Neighbourhood Profile
Mala Strana (Little Quarter)
Malá Strana is one of the oldest and the most beautiful neighbourhoods in the city. Nestled underneath Prague Castle it was once a part of the Kings route taken by future kings on their way to coronation - originating in the Old Town, crossing Charles Bridge and leading to Saint Vitus Cathedral. Cobblestone streets are lined with picturesque medieval houses, remarkable palaces, churches, kitsch shops and restaurants. Do not hesitate to turn a corner into any narrow street. You will suddenly find yourself in a calm and charming neighbourhood full of hidden gardens, parks with peacocks, fruit trees and ponds. As the neighbourhood is a home to Czech Parliament and many ministries, you can also run into well-dressed officials. If you are thirsty or hungry, it is the right place to be. Restaurants offer delicious traditional food and of course, the best Czech beers.
