Got away with wife for a few days. This place was perfectly located in the old town. So quiet! Pin drop silence all the time. No noisy neighbours, music, residents bar etc. Very relaxing. Felt safe with friendly staff always present at the desk. The...More

Dear Valued Guest,
thank you for your kind review. We are happy to hear you enjoyed your stay with us and that we were your home far away from home... Hope to see you again soon.
With my best Regards
No doubt that this hotel has its location going for it. Literally a 3 minute walk gets you to the Astronomical Clock. However I must warn you to AVOID ROOM 7, AKA the Singapore Apartment. Somehow, we drew the shortest straw and had the pleasure...More
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone wishing to visit Prague! Our room was the size of an apartment and I loved that the theme and high ceilings were very traditional to Prague style architecture. We were extremely central...More
staff very helpful - my wife got ill and they got a doctor very quickly. Cafe for breakfast fine, plenty nice restaurants nearby. One point worth making - the rooms vary in size considerably, ours was huge but some are quite small.
Our room was beautiful - lots of old world character, cozy and very nicely decorated with a complete kitchen and a lovely courtyard (shared between the two ground floor studio suites). Our room was the Berlin room, and was very large for two people. It...More
One of the oldest neighbourhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the
modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.

I recommend just dropping them a line via email. They will respond and they are very helpful. My guess is they will help you carry your bags if you ask. I think they give a voucher for a discount at the cafe next to the hotel. The cafe opens around 0800 I think. They have only a small menu, If you decide to go looking just keep in mind most places are not open until 0900. If you have a kitchen I recommend buying some things at one of the local open markets or deli type shops and eat in your kitchen.
You will really like this place.
If you are an early riser get out and view the Charles Bridge before the crowds. At the other end of the bridge continue up the street and turn left on one of the first streets. There is a great little bagel shop there and they have a wonderful breakfast. It is a small place but it is really good.
