Definitely, avoid it as much as possible. Recently stayed there for 7 nights due to a summer institute and would not recommend it. There was no hot water, and the receptionists would not lend you the key to the laundry room. Every day some cleaning women "clean" but you hardly notice that the dirt in your room is cleaned. Wouldn't... More

This budget hotel is in big student dormitory. The best thing about this hostel/hotel is the location! It is in walking distance (5minutes) from underground station and bus to the airport. So you can be in the downtown of Prague in 10minutes and on the airport in 30 minutes. The rooms are nice. Free WiF. Parking is extra. There are... More

Staff is rudest among all already very rude- Czechs. Room is small and dirty. Canteen food is disgusting and u can get... More

Study bedroom used as a hotel room showed some signs of wear but otherwise was comfortable. Major concern was that the signs for the fire exit lead down a stair well to a door that was locked. In the event of fire, fumes would accumulate in this confined space. When asked about it the hotel said that they would send... More

The Masarykova Kolej Hotel is a quiet, clean and reasonably priced place to stay just out of the centre of Prague. I am a regular visitor to Prague and Dejvice is my favourite place to stay, out of the over-crowded centre but in easy walking distance of the castle district (if you are fairly fit, adventurous and have a map...
