A small hotel in walking distance to all sights you want to visit. Nicely furnished room (203) with spacious bath, very clean, good breakfast. Reception/lobby very small, but friendly staff will still store your luggage upon request. I will keep this hote in mind for my next visit to Prague.

Close to everything! Even though it was over 85 degrees it was ok sleeping with the fan. It was clean and breakfast was enough to get the morning started. Staff was friendly. Located close to the metro.

We chose this hotel as on our previous visit we were too far from the town for our ageing legs! This was in the perfect location, a few minutes from the old town square and about ten from the Charles bridge. It is very understated, not at all pompous yet offers a comfortable and homely stay when visiting Prague. It... More

Stayed here for 1 night, we arrived and were a bit confused as there was no main entrance just a big front door with a bell. We entered the small reception, check in was easy. No lifts so had to carry our cases up 3 flights of stairs, got to our room and the cleaner was still in there. We... More

We were there for 3 days last month... Firstly - the staff are very friendly and helpful. We had booked our train tic to budapest which was to be delivered to the hotel and the staff were very nice in contacting the transport company and making sure the tickets were delivered on time. Breakfast - very minimal - basic fruits,... More

Great location close to the square. Comfortable with friendly staff. Was a little noisy early hours but Prague is a busy city and we did visit in the height of Summer. Breakfast was limited but suited our needs. Very clean. If you want a good value, small Hotel I would recommend this one.

This hotel is like going into the Tardis as it only has a front door but it is so nice and friendly when you get inside, the reception staff make you feel welcome. The rooms are big and the cleaner comes in each day. There is a market outside but it does not disturb your sleep when they are setting... More

Staying in Stare Mesto (Old Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighbourhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
