This hotel is situated very near the Charles Bridge and the Old Town Square, ideal for walking to all places of interest. My room had a wonderful view of the river, the Charles Bridge and the castle. The four-poster bed was quite comfortable. The quiet in the room, due to double windows, was almost tomb-like. The spacious, sleek bathroom with...

Even though we arrived long before check-in, we were offered a welcome drink (champagne) and after completing registration were shown directly to our room. What a room it was...very large, a king size canopy bed, sitting area, armoir which contained tea/cofee service/fridge, large bathroom complete with bathrobes, slippers, etc....definately did not feel like a hotel room. The courtyard is lovely....

Stayed here last week for four nights on our mini-moon. Check in was pleasant and swift and the staff very friendly. We were upgraded to a suite which was really spacious and extremely well decorated. The bed was massive and extremely comfortable. The staff went out of their way to help us. While here it was my 40th and they...

We stayed here when we came to Prague to get married and it was excellent. A beautiful hotel with courteous staff and excellent breakfast. We we're lucky enough to get upgraded and the room didn't disappoint. They gave us a complimentary bottle of champagne on the wedding day itself and the porters decorated the bed with rose petals. It made...

After some research we decided to book this hotel for our anniversary weekend away, using our Avios miles (thanks BA!). The hotel is stunningly beautiful and very well located by the Charles Bridge. We arrived in the late morning having caught the 07:50 flight from LHR and although getting to the hotel by taxi earlier than the stated check-in time,...

in fact, we think the only location in Prague. We had a lovely room on the third floor, with view of the bridge and river. We stayed during the heat-wave and were very happy to have the air con. Large comfy bed, big bathroom and a separate toilet. Bathrobe, slippers and designer toiletries. A build in unit with fridge and...

Fantastic property in an excellent location. Close to all the sights - amazing view of the Castle from the room. The room was spacious with a huge bathroom. The service was very attentive and couldn't have faulted it at all. V Zatisi restaurant around the corner was also amazing with a very reasonably priced and delicious menu. The free walking...

Really unique hotel just in the very heart of Prague. 5 mins walk from famous Charles Bridge. With some rooms with view over Vltava River and Hradcany Castle. Mr Mozart used to stay in that buiding. Some rooms beautifully decorated with wall paintings and frescs on celings (eg room 102). If you are looking for something very romantic and elegant...

Beautiful hotel, but pricey. Stayed in the Pachtuv Palace on Friday until Sunday. All the suites are spacious and very well finished. Plenty of space, small kitchen area with coffee machine, tea, fridge sink and hot plate. Perfect if you are travelling with the family. Very quiet hotel with 2 lovely inner courtyards. Friendly staff. But for the price sure...

This hotel is great if you're traveling with kids - everyone can have their own room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I'm giving it 3 stars because of a few problems we had, possiblly because it seemed very recently renovated: we stayed in in room 311 and the bathtub water ran a little brown. The bedding, although adequate,...

Neighbourhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighbourhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
