I recently booked the Family Suite from June 16-20, 2017 as we are traveling with 2 teenagers. From the pictures, it wasn't clear whether the bedrooms had doors to separate them from one another. Our teenagers may be on a different schedule from us, and I want to make sure we can close the main bedroom door. In addition, it appeared as though the second bedroom is up a flight of stairs. I recognize the building is historic and has retained it's wonderful charm, but I'm concerned this room may be hot - Is there a separate air conditioning unit to supply the top bedroom?

Hello, the rooms are separate and they each have their own air conditioning. Beautiful place to stay, and a great location. Enjoy :-)

Hi All. Thinking of staying at this hotel in next few weeks for a big wedding anniversary. I'm trying to figure out what the real difference between the junior suites are and the Royal suites. I'm very much leaning toward the Royal suites but concerned they all aren't as nice as the few pics the hotel has of them online?? I believe they have 3 Royal suites. Anybody stay in these suites that can comment and put my mind at rest? Many thanks in advance...

I stayed in a suite after I was upgraded from a junior. You get a nice sized living area with the suite. Try calling the hotel and having a conversation about which rooms are nicer and I'm sure they will accommodate you... More
