Spent a few nights here in Prague. I drew on the experience of staff to advise me of places to visit, how to get around and where to eat. My friend arrived without his iPad, left on the plane and the manager organized to pick it up. Room was excellent, warm and snug.

This hotel was well located. It was an easy walk from here to anywhere you needed to go. They had a really good breakfast that was included as well. The room was nice and had all of the basic amenities. We didn't realize that they only had the bathtub with a hand held shower vs. An actual shower, but it...

We had a lovely terrace in the room, which was pleasantly cosy (not cramped). Staff was very polite and helpful and the breakfast buffet was fit for a king. The only downside is that we had to walk three flights of stairs to get to our room, which may be an issue if you have heavy luggage (we travelled light)....

My family of four stayed 3 nights at this hotel and loved it. We had the bottom floor room in the back behind the restaurant, which was very quiet. The street out front was very busy, but the place to be! Lots of fun bars and restaurants and only 2 min walk to the center of old town and the...

We liked everything in the place except in our other room the noise from the street at night. If you can sleep through things like that, we recommend the hotel warmheartedly. If not, do what they told us to do the next time we make a visit. Ask if there is a room available where the window is not towards...

Rooms are spacious and all facilities are here that may be required. If i was to say anything negative i would just like a mirror in the room as well as...

We have just had a long weekend in Prague and we stayed in the Hotel Antik. We have to say, it ticked all the boxes, the location was just far enough out so it wasn't noisy but only a 5 minute walk from the Old Town Square. The room was clean, warm and the beds were extremely comfortable. The staff...

A lovely little hotel ideally situated for exploring Prague. Rooms are clean, comfortable and have everything you need. Continental breakfast buffet was fine and the food in the restaurant was tasty and reasonably priced. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Pack comfy shoes because Prague is best explored on foot.

The hotel was in a very convenient location only a couple of minutes walk from Old Town Square and within walking distance of the railway station/metro. Room was comfortable if a little small (not a big issue) and cleaned regularly. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choice and regularly replenished. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Staying in Stare Mesto (Old Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighbourhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
